200 units in stock, but two weeks and no shipping yet!? Emailed several times and ultimately was told " We are seeking for your understanding and humane consideration."
I wonder when we as consumers will be treated "humanely", when we are spending our hard earned dollars for items which believe it or not may have a delivery time crunch as a gift !?

I ordered a garden table on the 8th
Dec, I paid by Visa and my account was debited immediately. Then I was told to be patient because of the virus! On the 23rd the item was sent to Aramex, who gave other excuses for delaying delivery. I finally received it on the 12th of January. I had some doubts whether I'll ever get it so, for peace of mind, from now on I will only pay for any orders online, with PayPal. If a firm does not accept PayPal I will look elsewhere.

I too am not sure if this is a scam , my wife and I ordered a make up mirror on 28 December 2021 today is 19 January 2022 I have not received email about my order but they have taken money on 29 December 2021

Well I have to say I thought I had done my money when I saw these reviews on HAP so in an absolute flap I sent them a message via fb at midnight or something, the very next morning I got a phone call from Richard(one of the owners) and he took the time to explain to me why orders were taking a long time and completely reassured me that I would get my orders soon. So when I hung up there was 3 emails there about my 3 orders, they contained the tracking numbers that I was after and so far I have redirected 2 of my 3 orders and I ordered them on 18th Dec and 1st Jan so in the scheme of things they aren't that slow. I would definately recommend HAP to my friends and family.
Maybe some of you people that are having bad experiences try having a good go at contacting them, I didn't find it hard, instead of jumping on your computer and leaving a filthy review. These guys are not scammers or frauds, they are just 2 battlers who had a business plan and made it happen, they are doing their best in the current climate.

Scam of a website, lies about stock availability and doesn't communicate.
100% took my money and now will not respond at all
Ordered floor rug on 3rd January. Took my money, said it was out of stock and will not respond to numerous emails. Tried to call on the phone number advertised and it comes up as scam. I am having chemotherapy and the last thing I need is to lose money. Absolutely shattered.
I spoke with Ash again today. He called to ask how my treatment is going and if there is anything he can do for me, to not hesitate to call him (and I did not purchase anything again, I have changed my mind). As stated previously, Ash refunded my money in full, and also deposited money in my account so as I could make it to treatment that day. I would 100% recommend Home Appliances Australia. Their service went above and beyond expected. Thankyou again Ash xx

Took them 18 days to ship ceiling fans they said was in stock. Clearly drop-ship from China and lying about the item location. When I pushed for delivery date or refnd they suddenly stopped communicating. I would not recommend them to anybody.
