Do not buy from this company. Your hard earned money can be better used for a business more deserving. They provided no indication on their website or at the time of purchases that there would be delays only on the order confirmation. After nearly a month, I ordered on the 17th of October and they only dispatched my Gazebo on the 15th of November. Very disappointed

I would not recommend i purchased a product I haven't received it any communication attempt has been left with silence. The number on website is disconnected so can't speak with anyone. This is a scam company people stay away. I am trying to get my money back. Charged me shipping they state no cost for shipping in Australia. Another false claim. The previous reviews must also be fake. Been 2 weeks and I still have no idea were my purchase is

I ordered my item on 2/10/21. It was advertised as 7 available with delivery expected in 7 days.
This company uses the same fraudulent activity for all customers, I discovered this, after reading many bad reviews with the exact same scenario since purchasing my item. You purchase an item. You hear nothing. You contact them. You get automated emails in return. Then you get an email a weeks later stating they are waiting for a tracking number. Then nothing. You ask for a refund. Nothing. I spoke to Mastercard and ACCC. Threatened the company ....asked for their ABN...interestingly i was given 2 different ABN's from 2 different
"supposed empoyee's", both companies based in Tasmania. I got my refund. Then I got an email stating my purchase was "Out of Stock" and they cannot give me a date of when it will be available...Lies and delay tactics constantly used. Avoid this company or you will go through the same thing as many others!

I would also like a phone number. The number advertised for you comes up as scam. I would like my money back ASAP. I am a disability pensioner and cannot afford to lose this much money. I bought this rug to cheer myself up whilst going through chemotherapy.

I have been waiting for a sink for nearly 1 month. I had to go and buy another one as they could not give me any ETA. I have asked for a refund and they are now charging me a $30 admin fee.
DO NOT buy from this company - it is a CON.

I ordered a sink on Oct 1st believing shipping would occur immediately
Today is 18th and the item has not yet been processed
I emailed them it took days to reply, they blamed covid but said it would be delivered within 19 days!
I still don’t have tracking advice and it still says order being processed
They have not responded to my latest email requesting a refund
I understand covid causes back log issues but surely 18 days to just process the order is sufficient?

This Company Continues to take money and not deliver the goods. Take a look at the Product review website. Hundreds of reviews stating no goods, no refund and no response to emails and only automated chat responses. Im also getting to believe this is definitely a scam and that ACCC and Scam watch report are the only ways to go. Cant recommend. Hugely disappointing experience with this online company. Others need to know not to purchase. AfterPay have already stopped working with them. Hopefully other payment methods will follow to stop the scam plus government investigation and intervention. So many dissatisfied customers is extremely telling start up or not thats no excuse to not even respond to customers or to refund if you cant deliver. I also have had my money taken and no goods received. Impossible to get a response to any inquiry.I agree with other comments the positive 5 star reviews are fake. I think thats what they do instead of taking calls or responding.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered and item and was told it would take 3-5 business days. Two weeks later and still no delivery. After contacting the company by phone, I was told it was to be loaded on the truck the next day and I should receive my item by the end of the week. Still nothing received. Today I contacted them through their website, only to be told my item is out of stock! Through out this, they have made no attempt to contact me. Do not purchase from this company.

If I could provide a half star review I would. I completed my order with Home Appliances Plus on the 20th of August and then received an email advising me of shipping delays (this was the only proactive update I received). I then contacted them to cancel my order but was advised this wasn't possible as the order had been processed (but not yet collected by the courier). It's now the 17th of September and I'm yet to receive the product. I've contacted both Home Appliances Plus and the Courier company multiple times for an update and received nothing except promises of a callback from their 'boss' which has never happened. I've now had to dispute the charge with my bank to recoup the cost. I feel sorry for their poor chat team as they seem to be baring the brunt of the company's inability to provide any level of customer service. My advice, find your product with another company!!
