I enjoy flying Qantas, I usually only fly short distances ie. Adelaide to Sydney but it is very comfortable and the service is great. Scheduling is also pretty good, I can usually find a flight to suit the time that I need.

The last few times I've travelled with Qantas I've been frustrated by delays, the longest was almost 90 minutes, which when you have friends waiting for you on the other end, isn't great. Overall, though, they're a reliable carrier with a great frequent flier program and excellent facilities in the Qantas Club. I was ill onboard one trip to Melbourne, and the staff were very sympathetic and caring and helpful, for which I was very grateful. Also, from a catering perspective, if you have particular dietary requirements, you only have to let them know and when it's meal time, you're served first!

Join for a small fee, and start clocking up the points when you travel, use a credit card attached to the program etc.As Ive done a fair bit of travel I have also enjoyed using my points to take other trips.It doesnt take long to get the points up!

my flight was delayed by 2hrs for various reasons. wasn't even offered a drink or anything during this time considering I had to be at the airport by 6am, so the last time I flew with Qantas from Melb airport I wasn't very impressed! need room for major improvements!

Flown with them a couple of times the last time which was about 2 weeks ago checkin was really quick cabin staff really friendly and helpful, liked the idea of a free alcoholic drink on there last flight of the day thought it was a nice touch.

Qantas is a nice friendly airline. Fantastic to travel with if you have a baby and or kids. They are understanding a help you out. Frequent Flyer program is good too especailly if it's linked to your credit card!

We recently booked a holiday to USA, whilst our holiday was fantastic. We were VERY disappointed with Qantas. We flew 6 times in all and though EVERY flight had a Qantas flight number NOT one flight was actually Qantas. Which made it very difficult in foreign air-ports to find our flights...luckily America speak English!!

I find some of the staff stand-offish at times, and a little snooty. The service can be good, and I have known it to be excellent at times when travelling between major cities, but unfortunately the regional services I have travelled on offer little to be desired.

Great service, very friendly staff who were always smiling, my luggage was handled very well I loved the value for money and I was very happy about the overall experience!

my flight was nice, i dont like flying at all but qantas is good. The staff are always polite and helpful. i have not had any issues flying before. No lost baggage. So as far as airlines go i have to say i would definately recommend qantas.
