my family and i have flown around the world on qantas, and have never had a problem. the staff are always lovely and the flights themselves are never a hassle. i would recommend this airline to anyone

I've been flying Qantas since birth and have never had a problem. They've 'misplaced' bags twice, once when coming back from a 8 month trip, however they paged me after Customs and advised the bag didn't make the connection (it was only 25mins in Auckland at 5am, so I'm not surprised!) but was on it's way and would be delivered to me as soon as it landed. I got home at 10am and my bag was there by 2...The other time it was arrived a day later but wasn't a big deal either, at least it arrived! The staff were very helpful and nice both times.

The staff are nice 95% of the time, but they're human and you get bad eggs in any company.
The internal planes are getting a little dated but the prices have been dropping so that almost makes up for it. They do seems slower to get bags off the plane than other internal airlines, the last time I flew I waited 30mins for my bag which was annoying.
When traveling in Australia I go with whoever is cheapest and fits in with my times...but when flying overseas if I can I go Qantas even if it's a little more expensive. The staff and service have never let me down and being served by Australians is always nice after being away for some time.

Airport service is first class. It was quite busy but airport staff seem to do their best and somehow keep smiling. I was in line for 20 minutes but overall I would still stay with Qantas. Luggage well handled (I'd say) and trip went well. I'd recommend as consistently good service

Being scared of flying, it was a surprisingly good experience flying with Qantas. Even though it was only a short flight, we were still served refreshments and were looked after quite well.

Very friendly safe and pleasant airline... food was nice and they are very helpful for older people or people with kids... always a consistent service

Travel them all the time for work and sometime personal.. Business Class is good and lounges are good.. Checkin easy for premium... Check in staff always helpful and I find the cabin staff mostly quite nice....International usually on time... They are great when travelling with kids....

I only fly them when i travel with work, they are always running late and I hate checking in. Why do they have 2 check in staff for 500 passengers??? Also not a lot of leg room.

Qantas are fairly good in comparison to other airlines world wide. They are still fairly price competitive with much better service then other airlines. The frequent flyer scheme is great and they are helpful when flying with children.
