We flew our dog to Hobart on Qantas (Australian Air Express) when we moved and they left her on the tarmac (an extra large dog in a large crate - very hard to miss), she was left in Melbourne and had to spend the night at a kennel. We had a lot of trouble trying to reach the place that held her overnight trying to explain specific diet requirements. She was left without water for over 10 hours and when we finally got her the following day, they refused to refund our expenses. Terrible service, rude staff and poor animal management. I would not use them again to transport animals.

We got a really nice cheap flight. it was great, the staff are friendly the food was great.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole flight.
I recommend this to anyone.

Love the in flight entertainment on Qantas flights - it makes the time fly by! Also like the Qantas lounge, which is a relaxing way to wait for your flight in the airport - away from the crowds, with a coffee & a magazine. Also they are the only provider in Australia now to serve complimentary food & beverages in-flight, which all adds to the experience up in the air.

Not always the cheapest but deals can be found from time to time. Excellent rewards program. My pick for the Trans-Pacific route as well as the run from Sydney to London.

I prefer to fly Qantas on domestic flights, but they are usually more expensive than Virgin Blue. Nice to still get a snack and drink on board, especially a mini bottle of Australian wine after 4pm.

i have flown with qantas for a long time. they still offer premium service however you have to pay for it. it makes it a difficult decision when carriers such as tiger off such low fares.

The service is good, and the airplane are bigger than other airline's but the price is very expensive. There have a lot of choose, if the price still high, I wouldn't choose it again.

we were running late for our plane got there to find the plane was boarded and ready to go, we were on the way to my nan's funeral my dad begged them and asked them to stop the plane for us, they did, rushed our bags and us all down the the gate and we all got a free drink on them. great to see people still have a heart in todays world
