We put every service over to telstra because they claimed they could single bill everything and save us money. We tried to put home phone, mobiles and internet on the one bill. Several phone calls with lengthy waiting times and it still didn't get done until more than six months after we requested it.
We had our home phone with Telstra, and we felt the customer service lacked. I spent hours on hold, all for one question re our bill. Eventually we changed service providers, and still had trouble from Telstras end with bills coming for months afterwards.
i have basically telstra everything and no real problems with it so far, my mobile is great quality with the service they provide and the deals they do are worth it!
Ongoing problems with both landline and internet access and many calls back and forth answered by dis-interested and hard to understand indian staff made the whole experience stressful.

In attempting to set up a broadband connection, 2 prospective ISPs told me my line was blocked. Telstra told me there was nothing wrong with my line. It wasn't until I went to the Telecommunications Industry Osmandsbum (spelling?) that it turned out that Telstra had put fault codes on my line. I am no longer a Telstra customer.
