I am the long term customer of Telstra not only its reputation, but because of its service that is hassle free and nothing to complaint about so far. With variety of the service make me feel like nothing to worried about.

It took nearly a month and over 6 hours of phone calls to get a phone connected for a 85 year old lady. I spent hours chasing my tail, getting transferred all over the place. Then to ad insult to injury, the phone gets connected and then a technician comes out to do the job already done. I especially "loved" the call centres getting their numbers up by talking to you for approx 1-2 minutes, putting you on hold then hanging up - doesn't solve the problem, but makes their call completion nubers better. Bahhhhhhh

they suck, nobody who works there know what there on about. They put you on hold a million times for ages.
Then put you on hold again & again or transfer you to different department & you have to explain yourself again.

I called the call centre to sort out a bill that had been overcharged, whilst the lady on the phone was lovely, my problem did not get sorted out and they said they would have to call me back

Took a bundle (land line and and big pond internet package) from Telstra. I had some problems with billing. I rang Telstra and was passed from one department to another. It took me more that 1 hour to finally get to speak to someone who could offer me some advice. This was very disappointing.

telstra doesnt only have this problem its the same with any organisation especially anz..get over it, its life! telstra has 10million customers to deal with, imagine having that responsibilty?

They have made a mistake on my home address and all my bills went to my neighbors. They charged me for late payment but I have made a request that I did not receive their statement and 1 week later I got my bills sorted out. 1 week?

I'm on a Telstra Home Basic plan as I use VOIP to make calls. So I only pay them $19.95 per month. last time they played with our line we ended up receiving someone else's calls and they received ours. Great Hey. Took 2 days to fix something that simple.

I have been with telstra since I got my first mobile phone about 15 years ago. They dont seem to have moved with the times very much and as a reault I can get alot beter value by moving my phone provider elsewhere. When I rang to try and see what they could offer I was told that they were inbound and I would need to speak to outbound but as they hadn't called me back I was left withn my existing service and am therefore moving to 3 mobile.

I have never had a good experience using telstra the staff are rude and the services and equipment are unreliable. The products are way too expensive and you dont get value for money
