I would not recommend T&W based on who they use to Courier their products.
I received 2 emails,1 from T&W and the Courier company today,a Saturday, to say it was going to be delivered???
Needless to say the delivery Co isn't open on a weekend.
I stayed in to receive it and wasted ALL day. Customer service on their Chat just goes round in circles...probably a Bot anyway.1 star

Super low-quality bed. Only found out about the quality after it was assembled. It shakes, it squeaks, it's the worst bed I've ever slept on. Wanted to return it, but can't return it unless it's in the original package and unassembled. And they take $200+ to return. Worst purchase ever.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that has been provide for this purchase!
For an item that was purchased in March to be not only late in delivery but only half a bed has arrived!!!
The condition of the packaging is nothing short of appalling and the location of where the packages were left didn't even allow for access to my own front door!!!

Please advise when I can expect a full refund of the delivery costs within 24hours.

I have sent an email to channel 9s A Current Affair outlining Temple and Webster's disgraceful service, products, and lack of care for their customer!!

I am not going away!! I will have this matter resolved with or without solicitor involvement.

Felix Faux Leather Executive Chair.
I purchased this chair and it had a faulty gas lift from day one, Temple and Webster warranty and the chair is totally worthless and a waste of money. I don’t recommend the purchase of this chair and in fact I wouldn’t purchase anything from Temple and Webster. Plenty of other reputable suppliers out there. Would like to rate them less than one star.

Ordered a small product from Melbourne to Adelaide and so far it has been 15 days and the estimated delivery is still another 3 days away. When I enquired about when I would receive the goods I just received just a vague answer. I order products from America that come in half the time. Would not recomend.

They were quick to deduct the funds from my account, but then put my order on hold stating they needed to verify my details before processing my order further. I received emails that looked like scams- asking for photographs of my drivers license and bank card….. RED FLAG! So I contacted their customer service online chat. They told me this was correct and that someone from their team would be in contact with me. No one has called, I have asked for a refund but they assure me someone will be in contact soon. I just want my money back. Avoid this company. They are terrible.

Item was ordered and it said pickup date from warehouse was 5 - 10 days, then another 5 - 15 days delivery, and gave estimated delivery, after estimated delivery contacted the company to find it hadn't been picketed and could not tell me when it would be picked up. refused to follow up with delivery company, so i had to get a refund, and then had to spend $50 more for something similar, not happy

Be very aware about deliver times T&W promise one thing then take funds and then find excuses why they can't despatch and trying to get a response is near impossible.. be very careful use PayPal so at least you can get your money back quickly

Failed to be dispatched in timing advertised. Courier has now lost, cannot get any response from T&W

Absolute thieves! Their systems are completely broken. I ordered a couch because it said it was in stock and ready to ship within 4 days.
Two months later, no couch.
No contact from Temple & Webster.
I had to contact them to point out that the $3,500 couch they took my money for was lost in transit somewhere. They had no idea.
I got a call offering me a refund. No other resolution. Meanwhile I have gone 2 months with no couch and all my savings tied up waiting for a couch that doesn’t exist. So shitty it’s hard to believe they don’t do it on purpose. Great way for them to solve cashflow issues when they have no inventory right?
