Received a faulty item from Temple & Webster and their online team tell me it’s a change of mind!!! Therefore refund is all at my cost of ships to and from and not offered an exchange! Never have I ever had service like that from anyone! Do not buy from them!

Had a dispute over a refund for a bed which was handled nicely by the customer service team.

Bought an item that arrived with no instructions and no fixings to attach to the toilet.

I emailed them asking for some guidance on what fixings I should buy to connect this item to the toilet.

They come back to me saying there are no instructions or fixings as plumbers know how to install it. Not a plumber and not worth paying a plumber to have a $80 item installed. It would cost more than the item. No offer of help, guidance or refund. And the website didn't indicate you needed a plumber for the item, that is clearly a diy item. Should have bought it elsewhere

Not the kind of Australian business practice we would typically endorse. And the reviews on this website seem to be from people who never purchased anything.
TRUTH IS - Very disappointing experience. The products might be good, but you'll never get them. They will say its shipped, and after weeks of not getting it they will say they dont know where it is or whats happened so just give a refund. Weeks of chasing and following up with not a single answer or response until you finally get to talk to someone and its "refund and brush you under the rug" attitude.

The draw on the bedside table I bought was broken, and the returns process has been unbelievably bad. I have to email several times to get a reply, I have sent video of the broken draw in multiple formats via several mediums, again to have no reply or action, and this has been going on for many weeks. I would just like the draws collected and a refund issued, but Temple and Webster are making the process extremely difficult. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and I will never buy anything from Temple and Webster again.

Extremely disappointed in Temple and Webster. I have been trying to return a table for weeks now. It’s such poor customer service. Several emails & no response & the contact number has no one on the line to help.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

I bought twice, first item, a desk arrived with lots of damage and some parts of the desk a completely different colour to the rest of the desk, after a lot of mucking around, photos etc. etc. I finally received a refund. Next I bought a rug, after waiting all day for the courier as there was no safe place to leave the rug, it arrived and was the wrong size....again lots of mucking around and finally the correct rug arrived. No compensation for my wasted time and inconvenience. NO THANKS< I will take my business elsewhere

Sent the wrong pieces for an outdoor setting TWICE, in severely damaged boxes of which could not be used again. How hard is it to send the correct pieces? My apartment was a mess for a week as I could not assemble chairs and asked for a refund, only to be told I needed the boxes intact to receive it despite them being masked together with tape when I got them. Now I have to send back 7 pieces of un needed sides. I asked if I could drive to the warehouse directly to pick up and drop off what I needed as I had the day off work, no reply, I was given no option but to wait for more packaging. Never again!

This store offers over an amazing numerous home-ware items-i love all the colours and patterns that show up on their site.however after reading a few reviews on this page,i am very worried/concerned about the delivery of the items i am interested in?
