Care factor was disappointing. Waiting for an item that had been sent to the wrong address despite filling the address right in the order. They took very little ownership to rectify the issue. I'll make sure I get my money back, but would prefer somewhere better for future purchases.

BEWARE USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Terrible customer service, they do not post your honest reviews, then they send you free magazine three monthly subscription links which do not work. The products take ages. Chat is useless, they do not care, only interested in taking your money.

21 Aug - I ordered 1x "Estudio Furniture Millbrooke Live Edge Timber Dining Table" and 2 x
"Oggetti Elias Velvet Dining Chairs (Set of 2) "
26 Aug - I received the table (Good)
5 Sep - I raised a case following up my chairs delivery as they were stuck "In transit to next facility in KURNELL NSW" - the Customer Service team advised that they will escalate this with their courier.
6 Sep - I received 2 different chairs!!! "Oggetti Fearne Velvet Accent Chair" which one of them was broken. So I reach out to T&W Customer Service team agian via chat. I spent almost 2 hours to explain the situation and send photos from the chair and the box tag to prove that they are not what I ordered.
Eventually, they arranged for replacements.
25 Sep - I came back home finding one package at the front door. I receievd "item 2 of 2", I checked the tracking number and realised that one of the packages marked as "delivered" (item 2 of 2) and the other one (item 1 of 2) is still "In transit to next facility in KURNELL NSW"
4 Oct - I followed up again via chat and again received the same response : "We will follow it up with our courier and will update you in 7 business days"

It's more than 6 weeks since I ordered 1 table and 4 chairs and so far I've only got the table and 2 chairs + more than 6 hours spending time to follow up my delivery state.

Honestly, don’t bother. Have waited 6 weeks for my furniture, including an extended period of time where the courier lost our order. Their customer service is basically copy and paste responses designed to string you along and buy themselves time (essentially sending you insane in the process!). My furniture is no closer in getting to me than it was 6 weeks ago and I’ve wasted hours of my time & energy. Go elsewhere.

Don't be tempted by the beautiful products on the website... the postage fees are high and you'll be waiting awhile for your items to arrive. Also, should you need to contact Temple & Webster for anything, the customer service is POOR. Additionally they slug you huge postal fees should you need to return anything.

My new rug has completely transformed my space and made my home much cosier. I ordered the 280 x 380 Lifestyle Floors Bergen Semir rug. I was happy to find a rug this size! It is also true to the print advertised. The rug is not as as thick as I expected but still just fine. It is pretty light weight, which is a good thing since it was accidentally delivered to my neighbour's place and I had to carry it to mine. I was not happy with the delivery time and tracking service. It took about 6 weeks to arrive. I would have appreciated regular and more accurate tracking. Some links I was given said the item was being shipped from Sydney. Other links informed me the product was leaving Victoria, going to Sydney to be "sorted" only to be shipped back to Victoria where I live. On the day of delivery I got notifications saying it would arrive +/- 2hrs of 11am. It didn't arrive until 3:30pm and even then it was delivered to the wrong address. Overall the rug arrived in good condition but one corner had frays and dirty black marks. This was hard to clean out and I didn't get it all out. Given the cost of the rug I would expect it to be spot free. There were a few pulls at the back of the rug which don't seem to affect the top side. Overall I'm happy with the rug but wouldn't pay full price for it.
*I had posted this review on the temple and webster website but they removed all the information I shared about the delivery, which is why I am posting this review again here. I am also expecting a cabinet to arrive (which I ordered long before the rug) and am also experiencing dramas there. Because of these delays and the poor communication in tracking, I will unlikely be purchasing from Temple and Webster again.

Temple and webster have the worst customer service, will not be buying from them again. I have a trade account and received a faulty bookshelf, submitted a report and never heard back. Tried to contact the customer 'care' number, to be told that they can't help me because it was a trade order and only the trade team can help. However, they claimed that the trade team does not have a contact number, and that the only way to contact them is by email. So here I am back at square one with a half assembled 2.4m bookshelf that's taking up the entire floorspace in my room that I can't do anything with.

Temple and Webster are absolutely hopeless. Do not buy from them. You will be waiting for a very long time to receive anything and they will tell you anything to keep you waiting! I have been waiting for a delivery for 3 weeks and was originally told it would be with me by the end of the week. I would have appreciated the truth and the opportunity to cancel my order but they would not let me saying the order was on the way!

26.07.2021. Absolutely hopeless. They just DONT CARE. Bought expensive bedding from them. I ordered the wrong size & tried to return it by Snapchat. Was prepared to pay extra for larger sizes plus pay freight. Waited waited & waited , got passed from 1 agent to another - 5 times. The answer was NO NO NO. Must be in breach of the Commerce Act but they don’t care. Don’t trust them, Warn all your friends
