This is a paradise for all the Melbournians who would love to eat vegetarian food. The food quality is absolutely fantastic which are priced to suit your wallet. I think I have almost tried the whole menu by now and would higly recommend this venue.

Brilliant! I've been there a few times now and I've taken friends and family with me just to show it off. I just love the food and the prices are absolutely unreal. I'm an occasional vegetarian and I'm loving it more and more every time I visit. Go there.. you have to try it!

My last visit was Wednesday night and it was surprisingly busy but they've just opened a new bar and outdoor area so they sent us out there to have a drink while we waited for a table (better than standing around or going somewhere else!). We got one within 10 minutes or so anyway...

I've tried just about everything on the menu over the last few years and I've only ever had one average meal (to put it in perspective that's probably 1 in 200 or more and it wasn't terrible, just average).

Most of the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. On Wednesday they seemed to have a lot of new waiting staff who were all lovely.

Great food good atmosphere although a little noisy. They don't allow you to reserve a few seats for your friends if you arrive early. Unfortunately as it is so busy you'll have to wait till they arrive to be seated all together....grrrr

A busy but friendly vegetarian restaurant with something for everyone to eat, as long as it is vegetarian. The service can be a little slow, especially if you go with a bunch of your vegie food loving mates. The food is delish and the sizes are big!

didn't really enjoy it very much. i am not vegetarian and it would have been good if they had more of an option for us meat eaters. very selective niche they are catering for

The meals here are always outstanding, & the quality first rate. One of my (teenage) step-daughters, Sam, thought she was a vegetarian, till we ate here. She was so impressed, she's now motivated to cook decent meals for herself. The only downside for us is the distance, but thanks to the new Eastlink, we'll be dining there more frequently. In fact we've already planned her birthday dinner here, in 3 weeks. The meals are really good value & I can't recall anything over $12, & entrees a scheap as $3-4. They're good sized portions, & I love the way the menu has little symbols to let you know about vegan, & gluten free meals.

Vegie Bar is amazing! I have never visited the vegie bar and not thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The service is always good and the food is exceptional and is consistently great. High five to the great team at vegie bar, keep up the good work!

As a meat-eater, this vegetarian cafe/restaurant was surprisingly excellent. The price for delicious meals was spot on for value, the service was not bad, and the varity was excellent. I only went there once, and I am a big fan, would go there again when i am down that area for sure!

A good vegie eat-out. Yummy food, with gluten free options. Huge servings... It's often busy and quite noisy, but the bustle of the place, the cozy atmosphere and enjoying a meal out really gives this place a good rating for me.
