Good well cooked food, with excellent service and overall great value for money. Best Ethiopian restaurant I have been to and happy to recommend. This kind of diversity of dining choices is why I love Melbourne.

Sadly not the great burgers that I had been told they were. Not very good value for money as $9-10 for a burger that isn't much better than a fast food one. I think I will stick to my local fish and chip shop. Sorry but I cant recommend.

Busy cafe/bakery just off Puckle Street Shopping strip. The cakes and Italian biscuits/cookies are excellent. What really makes Holi Canolli worth regular visits is the friendly staff who are always a riot and make you feel right at home. The coffee is to die for also. I would recommend trying one of their piadinas for breakfast.

Went there for a family birthday and had about 20 people in the party. The food was good on the whole as the only complaint from the group was the lasagna. The steak I has was big and very tender. The service however was very slow and the place wasn't even close to half full when we were there. It is definitely value for money shame that the staff struggled badly with a large group

A busy but friendly vegetarian restaurant with something for everyone to eat, as long as it is vegetarian. The service can be a little slow, especially if you go with a bunch of your vegie food loving mates. The food is delish and the sizes are big!

They really are the best dim sums I know. Well worth the effort to get to South Melbourne to try them. Do expect to queue for them as well. This place is a Melbourne institution and one of the things that makes this city great!

Very friendly, cheap and overall good quality roast chicken shop. It is a rare combination of quality goods and excellent value. The service is always cheerful and the staff know how to cook the chips just right. UPDATE: New Management have pushed up the prices so have to reduce the value and service scores.

Regular customer over the last couple years and this place just keeps getting better. The menu has expanded about as big as my waistline has and the service is second to none. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an authentic American diner experience.
