Toluna

I have just recently joined Toluna and it's been about 2 months now. I have already redeemed $120 to my paypal however I've only received one $20 redemption as it was in a few lots. I do agree with some of the reviewers regarding the time it takes to get credit however if you do the other things that they have on their site, you're able to gain quite a few credits easily.
I commented on a poll subject one day and found out a few days later that I had been randomly drawn and won 3000pts! I've never won anything in my life and it was a great feeling. So if you're aiming to try and earn the maximum amount possible then you need to keep an eye on your email alerts for the survey's and not rush when you do the surveys as I've found little things such as answering too fast can screen you out. One thing that really irks me is there have been surveys that I've spent 15-20mins on and suddenly my wifi drops and I am unable to get back into the survey therefore losing everything I had just entered!! Toluna definitely needs to look into that but it's not just Toluna that has these types of issues, other survey sites do as well. So I guess it comes down to the company that creates the surveys need to have a better system and Survey sites like Toluna need to monitor and be on top of it.

You do need 60,000 for a minimum paypal withdrawal and the 1st and only redemption that I've received took exactly 3 weeks to reach my paypal which is the longest wait for Survey sites but it's definitely not the shortest!

They offer lots of points for survey but however it's not worth it for the time you have to give for the survey. With other survey site, you get reward after few times but it's not the same with Toluna.

My experience with Toluna is really good. The website is easy accessible & convenient. Even i have also access survey and the survey topics are good

as a member of quite a few paid survey panels this one has to be one of the worst of all,points not being rewarded and dodgy surveys that time out not to mention always having difficulties logging in plenty of better ones out there that do honour their word and pay up

I have been doing surveys with them for over 12 months and still have 0 points. After ANOTHER email asking them what is going on, I received a reply saying they had fixed the problem and I was entitled to the points I earned. A month later my points balance is still 0.

I've been a member since August. My advice? Take the pay-pal option. It takes at least two months to receive the eftpos card on offer. They have a lot of surveys and you are screened out of probably 50%. The problem is you have to wait up to two months for points to be credited to your account. Still, I've received $60 of eftpos cards and $80 paypal in that time

As other have said, takes way to long to gather points. I find the other parts of the website are rubbish. Members post questions like 'what do you like better?' which gets old very quickly.

Even if you do all the surveys it would take so long to even gather enough points to get a giftcard.Outlay of website is good though, was easy to use ect.

Would pass on this website and keep looking.

I've been a member of Toluna pretty much since it opened it's doors and to be honest there are a lot better ways to make a couple of dollars or a gift card.

It takes WAY too long to get enough points together to claim your reward. I find that I might receive anything up to 5 emails offering surveys a day and not qualify for any of them despite the fact my profile is completely up to date I get all of these surveys which are not relevant to me at all.

There are a lot of every day polls etc on the web site if you sign in day to day to do these you will gain a few points here and there but the real money is made from the surveys if you can ever qualify for them.

It's become more of a nuisance than anything. Constant emails and still no reward, I have actually contemplated canceling my account because it's become that much a waste of my time.
Quality, worse survery site I've been on.

Value, while it costs you nothing but your own time, how much is your time worth to you?

Service, Average.

Overall... Might be worth a try but I'd give it a miss!

As other people had said on their review, it takes a while to gain points to redeem a reward with this survey site. I am new member, and last week I just claimed my first EFTPOS prepaid voucher. I feel excited about it and again, yeah, it takes a while to receive the reward. But I am waiting and hopefully I will not get bored of completing surveys for them. Just visit your account everyday for paid poll questions and surveys. It is worth a try.

Have been a member for a while now, you need 60,000 points to redeem your points. It does take a while to get there, though they do send out a lot of surveys, and often you can earn more points by going in a doing some polls which can be fun.

I have cashed in twice now so it does take abit of time.

Toluna needs you to have 60,000 points before you can claim any reward (voucher or paypal transfer), that sounds forever. If you are looking for a quick money, I will not recommend this site to you. It also takes a while for them to send the paypal transfer or voucher. But I am happy to stay with this survey site. Now they have upgraded their website and there are now lots of ways how to gain points everyday. I already received a paypal transfer and just claimed an EFTPOS card voucher and still gaining points at the moment.

This is a very Very average survey rewards program. I think what they ask you to do for the points is really unreasonable. Eg. 30 minute survey is equivalent to 25c. I think it is really wrong of market research company to exploit its clients the way this one seems to. Don't bother waste of time and your opinions!

I used to be a member but after 5 year I couldn't get anything. I don't advise this website. Toluna would be okay if you had enough time per day on it.

i used to be a member of this rewards website but found after many months of completing tasks and surveys etc i was not receiving any benefit

I found other rewards programs online to be much better in giving me vouchers or cash for doing surveys

I have been a member for quite a few months and haven't got any benefit out of them yet.

If lucky you could trial different items and earn heaps of points for surveys.

I will keep on trying and see how I go.

I use to be a member of Toluna but found that I was not getting enough surveys from them so have not used them for a while. Mum still swears by them but I found they were not up to my standards. There are better rewards sites out there.

I joined with Toluna a while ago but wasn't happy with the rewards I was receiving for my surveys so I no longer use them. Sorry.

Out of all the paid survey sites I have been involved in I have found Toluna to be the easiest to get rewarded for your surveys. You don't get screened out as much as alot of the others.
Well worth a go if you are doing these sort of things.

in the passed I used to do a lot of reward programs then joined this one again to be rewarded you have to put in a lot of time to see rewards, so stopped doing this one.

I have completed many surveys with company but it seems to take forever to actually get any rewards. I need 60000 points before I can get any descent items and I am only up to 13500.

Offers a range of short to long surveys and many more activities on their site that you can be rewarded for. The points you are given for surveys are fair, and although some of the surveys can screen you out, you accumulate points very quickly. They offer a good range of rewards.

i get screened out of a lot of surveys but i still get through with 2-3 per week, which is more then enough points to get some reward. they also have a lot of different ways to get points like quick surveys and opinion polls

a very good rewards site. they offer a lot of points per survey, but i get screened out of a lot of surveys but when you do get through, they are easy and not so boring like some can be.
