Until now I would have agreed with the other users. I have been using this site for many years now and been extremely satisfied. Recently I have noticed a change in the level of service. I know that they were recently bought out by Amazon, which could explain the change. I ordered a book 3 weeks ago and have still not received my order. I noticed that the book was not dispatched until 5 days after my order was placed. Bookdepository claim to be able to deliver to Australia within 5-7 working days: it's been nearly a month! I have contacted the company who first asked me to wait until the 4th July to notify them. I contacted them on the 4th and they are now telling me to wait until the 15th. As I was in a bit of a hurry to obtain this book, it is somewhat disappointing. I am going to have to purchase it somewhere else and hope it doesn't turn up in the meantime.

Very disappointing. Had lunch here with a group after going to see the Grace Kelly exhibition. The food was amazing but the service left a lot to be desired. Water was not replenished, dishes were cleared before everyone had finished eating and my coffee was whisked away whilst still half full. We were not offered desert, merely asked if we wanted "coffee and cake". We were not asked if we would like more drinks during the meal. All in all, very disappointing given the high standard of the meal itself.

I had been looking everywhere for some tap caps to replace the missing ones on my Victorian taps. Stumbled across this place and found just what I was looking for at an extremely reasonable cost. Elsewhere, I had been advised that I would need to replace the entire tap. The guy who served me was extremely pleasant and helpful and provided me with the goods at very reasonable cost.

Almost in two minds about posting this. I love this place and want to keep it to myself! I can't believe it has taken me so long to discover it. Food is beautiful, service is exceptional, ambiance perfect. Gorgeous place. Love it!

Bought a new Samsung mobile phone on the sales person's recommendation. Worse phone I have ever owned and the most expensive! Wish I had bought an Iphone. Has not worked since I bought it. Asked for it to be fixed...still haven't got it back. That was a month ago. Really annoyed. Will never buy another Samsung product and will never shop at Dick Smith's again.

This place provide a great service. The whole experience was stress-free and I was provided with a loan car whilst my car was being repaired. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys.

This place has a fabulous ambience - I could almost feel like I am in Paris. Food is great, wine list impressive, but the service can be a little inconsistent. It can also be very overcrowded. I try to avoid going there on weekends. Not impressed by their lunch menu either. Nevertheless it still remains one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne.

Great little post office. It is refreshing to find a post office where one doesn't have to queue up for an hour simply to buy a postage stamp. Staff are very friendly and there are beautiful gifts on offer as well. A delightful experience.

Can only speak about Dr Lam whom I have been seeing for a almost a decade now. He is the only dentist I will see as I am so sensitive. I can't let anyone else near my teeth. He is a magician as far as I am concerned as he causes me no pain. He also doesn't try to make me have unnecessary work purely to make money. He actually dissuades people from dental work unless it is absolutely necessary. I would highly recommend him.

This is one of my favourite places to go in the Yarra Valley. I bring all my French visitors here. French cheeses, bread, and a great selection of French wines make this an impressive place for foodies. Love it!!!
