Great company. They helped me to sell my house a few years ago and I was very impressed then. I have just signed up with them to manage my rental property and am pleased to see that they still have many of the same staff working there - a good sign in my books. They have moved to new offices and are now close to Westfield Shoppingtown. The team is great and actually listen to their clients, a rarity in this business. I also love their website! Very happy customer. Have recommended them to a friend who is looking to sell her house.

I needed a lot of rubbish moved very quickly to rent out my house. A friend had recommended this guy and within 24 hours my property was looking amazing and ready for the rental market! He helped me load the skip with a variety of waste (green waste, old furniture, empty paint tins, etc) and the job was done in no time. Nothing was too much trouble. Cost was much more reasonable than the last company I used and the service was faultless. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using again.

I recently ordered a book from this company and did not receive my order in the advertised period. My email querying delivery was promptly answered. They were very apologetic and promptly dispatched another copy which was received in the next few days. They did not tell me to wait or find excuses, but quickly resolved the problem. I find this very refreshing as whenever this has happened in the past with other companies (albeit infrequently), I have been told to wait longer, or told that maybe the item would eventually turn up and to contact them again in a few weeks. Very satisfied customer!

Beautiful location on Manly pier near ferry terminal. Very happy with the service and location - Sydney at its finest. Perhaps it is a bit pricey but this is Sydney after all. The view is priceless. Would go back again.

First time I have flown Jetstar and probably the last. I had no preconceived ideas about this airline and I don't have a horror story of lost luggage, rude staff or bad service, but, as someone referred to them, "sardine airline" left me very unimpressed. I cannot believe how cramped the seats are, nor how narrow the aisles. Also not impressed that a one hour flight (Sydney to Melbourne) took us nearly 2 hours. I don't think the savings compensate for the lack of comfort. Not impressed. Won't fly with them again. Truly one of the worst flights I have ever experience.

Excellent night at Cafe Greco with a group of 12 people to celebrate a birthday/farewell. Everything was absolutely faultless: staff were attentive, food was amazing, setting glorious with the view of the city skyline and the prices very reasonable. Everyone was very happy with their meals in terms of quality, quantity and price. It's always difficult with a large group to satisfy everybody, yet in this case this was achieved. Would highly recommend this place for either a large group or dinner for two.

An Aladin's cave of Middle Eastern treats! I love this place and am telling everyone I know about it. it has an amazing range of products from the Middle East and other parts of Europe. There is a cafe/bakery where you can sample some their delights without waiting to go home. Very decadent and dangerous for both the waistline and wallet - not because it's expensive but because the products are irresistible! Love it - worth the drive from Eastern suburbs!!

I took some interstate friends for brunch yesterday and was embarrassed and disappointed with the food and the service. It's such a shame as I have always loved this place. The view is amazing as it is in a really great location at the end of St Kilda pier overlooking the bay.
The restaurant wasn't particularly busy even though it was Sunday, so I cannot blame the number of customers for the lack of service. There were enough waiting staff to cater for the half dozen tables or so of customers. Several of the waitresses were downright surly - surely a smile costs nothing. My friend and I both ordered the bircher muesli which turned out to be a big mistake: it was as dry as sawdust and quite inedible. When we managed to catch a waitress's eye we asked for extra liquid to moisten the dish and were served a tiny portion of yogurt. I won't bore you with how many times we asked for some way to make the dish palatable until my friend eventually gave up. Another waitress finally came up and offered us another breakfast but by this stage we had had enough. In all fairness, she also took the dish off our bill. The third person in our party, I might add, was quite satisfied with his dish of eggs on toast. Given the number of good restaurants in St Kilda, I would hope that Little Blue make more of an effort with their food and service.

Consistently great food, wine and service. Very reasonable prices too. Have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. The restaurant is stylish and the staff always friendly and attentive. Technically a wine bar, so the wine list provides an excellent range. I have never had bad wine or food here. Prices compare favourably to pub prices but the quality is so much better.

This place is an institution in Melbourne and deservedly so.

Wayne installed my new floors and did an amazing job. He is extremely conscientious, noticing any flaws in the product and making sure everything was absolutely perfect. In a world where mediocrity is the norm, he stood out against the rest. I was also very impressed with his strong work ethic.

I would not hesitate to recommend him for any timber or laminate floor installations.
