I have never felt so welcomed in any gym like I have at Brunswick East Crossfit. All the trainers are lovely and give guidance on the correct techniques of crossfit. I had no idea what Crossfit was before walking past one day and I am a converted fan!

I have been seeing Adrian since just after Delilah opened and he is one of the best hair stylists I have ever been too. Somehow he knows what I want even when I don't! I have now recommended 5 friends to him now who have all become loyal fans too. Go see him. He will sort you out.
