I have no words to describe this general surgeon and how nice he is..very patient, always smiling and reassuring...i sufferred with internal haemmorrhoids for over 10 years until the point where i couldn't take pain anymore and was constantly bleeding ...Dr Mereinstein done thorough check up and ordered colonoscopy, and after that performed removal of haemmorrhoids...i had no issues with haemmohrroids since than (although they can come back at some point)...surgery really went well although i had to go trough extreme pain for 2v weeks and weeing issues for first 2 days...just loads and loads of salty baths constantly and eating high fibre food...his receptionist was rteally nice and polite as well...i can't thank him enough for helping me to get rid of pain...

i had smashed front right side of my completely new car on my fence few years back and was in a search of good panel beater (as there was no point to claim damage on insurance)...attended few of them for a quote but simply wasn't happy with their manner...i found Frederiksen panels simply by accident (as this area has few of car panel and beater garagges...Allan is the name of owner and he was really nice and professional by giving exact estimate of damage and potential damage of the car that could of happen in car body...we agreed on the day to bring car in and my car was like new after 3 days...$1.500 few years back for front panel beating without damage of front lights...really honest guy in quoting and pricing, too...

really delicious pizza especially pepperoni and capricciosa...they make pizza very quick (within 10 mins) fresh from the oven...service is always with the smile, and prices :$11.50 for small,$16.90 large and $20.50 family size...

i found RACV roadside assistance very helpful and useful...i needed them few times allready to change my tyre, recharge battery (after i left lights on) and to change battery (as it was few years old and my car wouldn't start)...their on call staff and roadside staff are very helpful and you really don't have to wait for long time for them to assist you...you get 8 roadside services in 3 years period for approx. $130.00 of membership cost...i couldn't be happier with them...to change battery costs $120.00...

very caring and professional anaethetist...has conversation with you prior to surgery ..all took few seconds to fall asleep without needle pain...he is amazing as his anaesthetist nurse was (holding and patting my hand till i fall asleep)...she was also amazing...definitely recommend

affordable private hospital with modern equipment (there was no hidden costs for me except paying excess fee of $250 for insurance...the surgeon and anaethetist payment is affordable too...i paid $400 for surgeon as co-payment for insurance (out of pocket)and am expecting fee from anaethetist (approx. $150-$200 out of pocket cost)...nurses and doctors are very helpfull, always there to assist you and check on you, to have conversations prior to surgery and not late...very efficient, professional, thorough and caring performance allthogether..

very polite and helpfull staff, always ready to assist and reassure...i had an MRI of back and although was my first time to have this kind of procedure, staff were very reassuring and caring...they gave me headphones and i listened to radio while MRI was done (as it makes a lot of noise)...it was bit claustrophobic inside capsule, but it lasted much shorter than i expected...and staff always asks you if you are allright...staff were very friendly and understanding although i was late 10 mins for appointment due to traffic...price was very surpriosing for me as i expected it to be more expensive for MRI diagnostics but actually was similar to price of CT scan (although it can't be claimed back from Medicare)...i paid $300 for back MRI ( i was expecting to pay thousand ???)...and they also give an patient access card so you have record of your imaging easily accessible at all times...
