This is a large store, although the aisles themselves seem a little thin.. You couldn't get a twin pram through and would likely have a little trouble in getting a wheelchair through also.
The staff are friendly enough, but don't often smile.

We have an internet and telephone connection with Optus, and they have consistently disappointed us when it comes to customer service and help when it is needed.
Definitely NOT a happy customer when it comes these people.

The photo's were well done and I was happy with them.. Until I saw my childrens family portrait for the year. The portrait consisted of 3 of my children that attend the same shcool. The youngest child (7) was crying in the photo and him and the older children told me the photographer had growled and made him cry. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

While the television service itself is great to have if you have children or special viewing requirements, the staff and policies leave a lot to be desired.
Much customer service training is needed to ensure customers are left happy ans not feeling "unimportant" and just like another number.
The staff generally make you feel like all they are interested in is our business, and even then they don't often seem too worried about that either!
