Excellent quality, food is replenished regularly in display cases. No hard dried out pies, sausage rolls etc. in any of their shops. No additives or preservatives added to products. I love this given that I have a child who has multiple food allergies and can not generally consume these types of products.
Great range of cakes, quiches from party size to family size. Good quality ingredients, meat in pies always tender, no runny gravy.
Frequently buy family size items to heat and serve for quick and easy evening meal.

Fabulous customer service. We have been with BOQ for 5 yrs now and they provide a great range of services. Low or no fees for the products we use. Personalised service. Greeted by our names when dealing directly within the branch. Offered services to meet our requirements without having to ask. For example, I had a large sum of money in a pretty ordinary account, staff noticed this and suggested that I place funds into this other product. Thorough explanations of products and services given verbally- you are not just given a brochure with the terms and conditions etc. and left to your own devices to decide if this product really suits your needs. They do not push you towards products and services with associated fees if that is not what you want.

We have moved most of our banking to BOQ and highly recommend them to anyone looking for low fees and customer service.

Very disappointing. Work not really required on vehicle carried out to boost sales. Treat women like idiots at times. Do not honour discount servicing for club membership. Filled in forms for their servicing rewards program - still waiting!!
Service levels need to substantially improve or I will be going elsewhere.

Recommended by friend. Great customer service. Spent time on phone explaining things and options. Run by owners, who are really customer service orientated. Prices are competitive given size of business. They do not try to sell you something that is way out of your needs, however do gather information to make sure that you do not end up with something that you wished you had upgraded from the beginning.
Turnaround times for service on equipment is fantastic.

Excellent customer service via phone for interstate clients. Excellent rates for their online savings account - hard to find better. Love the NO FEES with this product. A genuine alternative to the 'Big 4 Banks'
Love the easy, very secure internet banking facility. They really do look after you as their customer.

Large store. Can be hard to negotiate around instore at times due to items being all over the place. Customer waiting times could do with major improvement in all departments. Specials can be super deals once you have VIP membership. Good range of haberdashery and homewares. Just not of a real high quality. Fabric ranges are quite good. Regular sales specials can be rather annoying. Would prefer better in store service levels.

Predominantly sells shoes and Ladies handbags. Fashionable, up to date items. Most items made in china -however styling is great and I get so many comments on my shoes and bags. The bonus is that because I do not pay exorbitant prices, I can regularly update my accessories at reasonable prices. If you see something you like and is in popular sizing you need to decide if you really want the item - chances are that if you procrastinate and go back later the item is gone as they do not hold vast amounts of stock.
Customer service is great. Staff are helpful and friendly. VIP membership is available, although not widely promoted in this store, and is real value for money.

Excellent quality and value for money. You can try the pens etc. in store prior to purchase. Great range of products, ranges regularly updated. Bright colourful products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Craver saver card entitles you to free gift every 14th visit. Great when you have kids wanting items for school on a regular basis. Gift packs are excellent value for money and make well received Birthday presents for kids.

Their 'Pay Less Pay Cash' slogan is not necessarily accurate and they do not always honour their price match policy. This has resulted in me shopping elsewhere and getting better prices and service particularly when multiple items are involved. Good range of products especially since relocating to Gepps Cross - european appliances now available. Very keen to offer 'free' extended warranties on items instead of better prices. If I wanted these options I would ask, some of us are aware that these extended warranties are not worth the paper they are written on and hence do not appeal.
Do your homework on prices before approaching store if looking for best pricing.

Staff knowledgeable, friendly very helpful. Amazing prices when purchasing multiple items. Fabulous that the person serving you knows about multiple products and you are not passed on to another person in 'another department' due to lack of product knowledge.
Definitely HIGH on my list of preferred electrical retailers.
