Great range of products. Some staff need to reassess their commitment to customer service. I recently went into store to purchase LCD TV, another retailer had same item cheaper, said they would price match. Not able to tell me if they could source the particular item and said they would get back to me. Did not follow up and I subsequently purchased the required item through another Harvey Norman store and obtained a better price to boot!!
Prior experiences within this store had been positive. However would think twice about purchasing from this store again due to such poor service.

Light filled, very well laid out supermarket. Fabulous fresh fish in store daily. Fruit and Veg specials are worth the travel. In store demonstration areas. Wide aisles, well stocked supermarket - you rarely see empty shelving. Well known brand name items available - minimal 'home brands' makes this store great for those of us who prefer well known brands. Fruit and veg clearly marked if locally sourced of imported, no having to ask. Pre-ordering of deli items via touch screens allows you to place your order and return to collect your items if you want to get your shopping done quickly. In store bakery is great. You can even sit down and have a coffee whilst you shop.

Very disappointed with quality of fruit and vegetables in store. Pre-bagged tomatoes rotten, apples bruised. "Fresh" meat also disappointing. looks terrible. Have visited store on many occasions after having been caught out with inferior produce - they have not lifted their game. I will not shop here especially for fresh food and dairy items. On the positive side staff are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service, really look after returning customers. Have been here so many times. Food is great, good range of dishes on menu. Good wine list, reasonable prices for drinks - unlike a lot of other establishments. Entertainment Friday and Saturday nights.

Excellent dentist. Very caring. Nervous patients can readily access IV sedation sessions. Not the cheapest dentist but this level of service is well worth the charges. After hours services provided in an emergency. Dentists are generally on time. Hygenist services provided at this practice. Parking can be tricky at times. A range of options are given for treatment to suit your budget. Regular follow up and preventative maintenance plans are in place for all clients ensuring the best possible dental care is provided.

Doctors we have seen are generally running on or near time. Thorough competent care provided. I am a health professional and have very high standards, and expect those I deal with to have similar standards. In this regard I have not been disappointed, admittedly I did do some background checking of those practitioners I shortlisted for service provision. Very happy overall with service provided. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Reception staff generally let you know if doctor is running behind time. Parking can sometimes be problematic.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open from 8am to 6pm. Stock a good range of products. Offer additional services such as photocopying. Member of Newspower group. Competitive prices.
Service standards are excellent, multiple small business award winners for service. Staff go above and beyond to obtain items not in stock for customers. All staff always have a smile on their faces.

I regularly use Coles online. Prices are a little dearer than in store shopping, BUT I don't have to travel to supermarket, remember the "green bags" find an elusive car park, stand in line to get served by some disinterested checkout chick and all the rest that goes with grocery shopping. Quality of fruit and veg in boxes is fabulous - can't find this quality in the store. Any problems that do arise are quickly and promptly dealt with.
If you are unhappy with any product for any reason they either refund your account or replace the item.
Groceries are delivered directly to my kitchen bench top. Delivery drivers (Kings Transport) are fabulous especially our regular driver on Tuesday mornings. Absolutely worth the small additional cost. The BEST way to do your grocery shopping.

Carissa does fabulous acrylic nails. Shame she only works in the salon 2 days a week - although she does work from her home which is nearby. Very professionally and quickly done. Never had any problems with quality of her work unlike sooo many other places. All staff seem to know who particular customers prefer for their treatments etc. and do not try to get you to see someone else just to fill up the appointment diary! You do need to book ahead, you don't seriously expect to make a same day appointment with someone who provides exceptional quality work do you?

Professional staff, seen very promptly on both occasions when I had a very sick child - no appointment needed. Reception staff obviously well versed in identifying genuinely sick children.
