Brian rang to confirm he would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes , & did . Firstly he reminded us of our 10% seniors discount off the quote .
We found him an honest & straight talking . Not a suggestion of sales or humbug .
He was well informed & experienced about our Chef gas stove with a simple solution to fix the leaking oven door & also noticed the fan was not working . We needed a couple of spare parts which he gave us a quote on , on the spot . Others we got over the phone a couple of hours later .
He was friendly & tidy worker . We were happy to have him in our home . When agreeing to the phone quote I asked if he could the work , happily that was fine .
