Their pizzas are not very tasty or similar quality to domino pizza. Once, One day, when I picked up after the online order, they missed an item. The staff doesn't look sorry or anything. I have never been there after that.

Their products are a little more expensive than bigger supermarkets. However, I go there from time to time because they open till 8.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Their customer service is really good. I am a customer of nab but I went there to ask some questions and they were kind. Not like nab's staff which is the worst. I had a good feeling about them. After that, I assumed they intentionally tried to be kind because they want me to change the bank, so I asked other people and they mostly said suncorp's customer service is generally good.
