Cabrini is no doubt one of the best private hospitals that Melbourne has but it has serious issues that it needs addressed. One of them is charging a hefty $100+ fee just for breathing the air in their waiting rooms, and another one is having doctors who'd order tests they know you do NOT need as in must have but who order them justthe same because it nicely adds to their final profit figures. A few more but some other time...

While we have to say that telephone staff are mostly good when you walk into one of the branches they first greet you with a smile and have a bagful of promises of fantastic things they can do for you then they get you the paperwork and sign shaking hands to seal the deal and then you learn someone somewhere didn't like the deal or the generosity of the staff who greeted you and gave you the deal so they reinvent reasons why they have to reword it and essentially give you the same if not less than other banks. Disgraceful.

We love Honda in our family and bought it in Brighton but Ringwood was closer for servicing. First time it was fine. Second time we only left a car in for service for one morning and when we were back we were in shock as a tow truck reversed into our car, which their service people parked in not to smart spot and in a new rather small car park. They could have parked it in a safer area, or could have had staff to help the truckie navigate its way around, but they find this a normal thing to happen. In fact they told us it could have happened in any car park in any shopping centre. They missed to mention that Honda dealership's car park is not any car park and we didn't leave our car unattended to shop around but we left it in their care. A month or so later we decided to try Doncaster Honda and while waiting in the service area for our turn we witnessed exactly the same incident now happen to someone else. We left immediately.

This was my favourite place to eat between 2002 and 2006. It had great service, great food, and great feel. Then, I guess the boss decided to cut budget and first removed free dinner rolls before dinner, then nicely laid tables, then regular chefs and waiters, and switched to the cheapest options so now 90% of people preparing meals and looking after the dishes and the kitchen are Indian or Indonesian studens or apprentices, or so they look to me at least, and no one wears gloves (not whenever I came) and people who prepared food used to wear gloves in early 2000s then from two ent down to one glove and now to none at all. So, I am no longer visiting. It's totally off my list and used to be top of my list. Sad.

This is a fantastic place. It's new, clean, has everything you need, and if lucky you can choose where you'd like to stay - closer or further away from the road and the beach, and it's family friendly. They are pricey though and that is the only downside. A bigger pool would be great too.

San Remo Cafe is a family business, and they'd do their best to look after you. Their coffee is the best in San Remo, Cowes and the Phillip Island overall. The place is nice and spacious and has power sockets if you need to plug in your laptop. They are very helpful but not intrusive or pushy, or waiting for you to vacate the table so they can serve more. For us it was 9/10 of most places we know.

I went to Adam too, for the first time though, and I wasn't impressed. To me, it looked amateurish, had to go back to the girls to wet my hair over and over again as he was fighting my curls trying to get the cut right, and it wasn't a WOW in the end, at all. I went to another place and found a guy who deservedly won most state awards. It took him 15 minutes to do a perfect haircut and style it, and it lasted me for months without looking out of shape. So, Biba didn;t do well for me.

good service, good quality, good feel, overall a nice place for either a meal or just a dessert and a drink before or after a movie or if out with a friend, would be good if menu changed and had a theme or something and always good to taste new things

Very friendly owners, most of waiters very helpful and efficient, great tasting pizzas and at affordable prices, nice ambient
