This old pub in an older suberb was modernised quite some time ago into a trendy place. The menu is ok but is on the expensive side for what is delivered. The staff are friendly, the presentation good but for some reason I do not find it has a welcoming feel. Most probably just me.

Visited this hotel for a break from the hot weather and enjoyed a cool drink here. A pleasant spot which is well presented. Noticed that there is a nice modern bistro area with a good menu available. Will come at a meal time when next in the area.

Enjoy listening to the selection of music played by volunteers presenters on this community station also. Once again a different selection of music to help the day go by. A lot of work is being done by dedicated music lovers. Hope others enjoy too. 99.9 Fm

As an older person I like the music Coast FM plays. They have interesting sponsors as well. The music is often from my younger days and it puts a spring in my step. Find out what is on when and enjoy

I enjoy the music presented by volunteers on Radio Adelaide. There is a mix of styles and the presenters are knowledgeable. This is run by the University of Adelaide and is found on 101.5 FM. The jazz is great as is the music for the older generation. There is music that younger people would enjoy. Just a matter of finding out what is on and when.

This wonderful old style hotel is in Aldgate in the Adelaide Hills. For many years it has had a great reputation for its meals and country atmosphere. In winter, large fires make you warm and cosy and on nice sunny days, there is outside eating. The menu is large and the meals good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always enjoy eating here

This online Australian booking site is great for flights. They have a very easy to use web site and multi city flights are provided for. The prices are very good and I like the fact that it is an Australian company. Although the bookings are made online, phone numbers are provided for personal contact should you need it. Well worth checking out.

This old country hotel has been renovated on the interior and it has a modern and clean bistro area. The menu is extensive and the meals are always well cooked and presented. Fish and chips are my favourites here and they are served by friendly staff.
It is good to see the elegant old outside style retained and the interior upgraded.

I have my phone and ADSL broadband provided by Dodo. Previously I also had WIFI device with Dodo. I am very happy with the plan and price that I have. Every so often I seem to need some technical help and I am impressed at the time and patience that the operators have. My lastest issue needed the modem to be disconnected for a few minutes and restarted. However, before we tried that, every setting was checked out. I am extremely pleased with the help received.

Met our friends here for our monthly coffee chat. It is a very pleasant spot with good service and nice coffee. Local painters can display their work for sale on a wall and there are other quirky features to enjoy. Very good menu available for those who are dining/snacking etc. Enjoyed it.
