Very pleased with our stay here. Got a deal with wotif- was $500 for 1 night, dinner for 2 at Eleanors and buffet breakfast. Room was spacious, new, clean, large free standing bath and very homey and comfy. Food was excellent for dinner- better than I expected, buffet breakfast much the same- highly recommended!

Excellent stay. 1st time we stayed there our room was on the corner and good amount of space. 2nd time room was smaller and not as enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was amazing.

Very friendly service. Menu is standard good ol' style pub food. Great if you want a western pub style dinner in the city before you go out or after work and don't want to spend a fortune. Cheep beers and great summer lane way vibe.

Good, affordable curry joint. Excellent kofta curry! Been there a few times and love the taste. Never been disappointed.

Love Zia Teresa's. Teresa is always working hard out in the kitchen putting all her love and passion into the food. Great selection from the menu- The 4 cheese gnocchi can't be beaten!

Food was exceptional. We went there on valentines day which was a mistake. Obviously understaffed as service was slow- sommelier took about 20 minutes to get our first drink order before ordering food. Would go back on a quieter evening as the food was really good.
Approximate cost: $30-$40
Food was amazing and definitely something I couldn't reproduce at home. The service was the best i've ever experienced- There when you need them, invisible when you don't.
Approximate cost: $100-$300
Great service, very friendly. Have to say food was a little bland and uninspiring. The place is always empty and I think if they changed some of the dishes slightly it would be busier i'd be inclined to go back.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Melbourne. Amazing curries and the best Kashmiri naan. The owner husband is in the kitchen and owner wife on the floor- both very friendly and hospitable. Can't wait to go back!

Best coffee in South Melbourne (personally). Some nice local beers, great coffee. Chai Latte was a little disappointing- too weak. Service can be a little slow but always friendly and unpretentious. Food is good- 'Mexican cousins' dish has shrunken in the last year unfortunately.
