I can concur with all the rest of those who visit this place. Wollongong is a mecca for Vietnamese and Thai food and this place has served it up in the best way that we can know true vietnamese food. I love it. Sweet to basil based curries to fresh veg side plates. Prawns taste like prawns and nothing is over salted or spiced unless you desire. Reasonable cost for a lunch but most enjoyable and YOU WILL COME BACK. Long term business on the main northern strip out or into town

Morning tea afternoon tea closes early at 3pm. Cost for coffee and cake about $9. A few hot bits for these times but lunch is at $15> but such a lovely setting inside the Flower Power Nursery. Over the road is the big park and right near is the VISION wearhouse/shop. Easy parking at hand and a delightful warm place even in winter and the quality of food is more than good. I recommend this if you are in the area. Deli green grocer and Pet food specific shop right at your finter tips and no big ticketed car parks. Delightful for a browse and a lovely gift for your garden or that one who needs a green touch of love. Sale on at the moment so I go a few bits pots and stuff for 50% off

$130 on special at the moment for a base service with checks of lights brakes and bits. Included is a wash but when this is normal price then the $160 odd is a very expensive wash as I can get a basic service for $89 at Bridgestone and a $25 wash and vacuum down the road. Look, I love NRMA and these guys take the time to go THOROUGLY through the places in your car that many mechanics pass by. What I do not like is the constant coming at you to tell you your windscreen wipers need replacing for $25 a pop and the back rear light bulb for $10 each needs doing. I get the bulbs done for $4.50 elsewhere and new wipers at Repco this month for under $10 and put them on myself. Yes I have the time to do these things and others might not care to do them but this business is about servicing the community in a way that speaks integrity first and I pity some vulnerable people who say yes to the things that are NOT as necesary or as expensive as NRMA charge. Comparison is always the way to keep a car on the road and having two mechanics keeping watch gives you a better vantage point on what is going on with your vehicle in my opinion. I get told how much brake pad time is left on my pads, how the tyres are aligned, whether the car is using dripping oil or if the pipes at all ends are wearing. All good but all at once if they are needing some care is a bit much. I like a progressive not so all expensive at one time approach. It is usually up to 3 hrs, sometimes two hours depending on how early you go to this place in waiting for a basic service. Friendly but business like and you can see your car as you wait in their waiting room doing your done thing. ie' mags or computer stuff

When you wish some new fish for the tank or a budgie with a history then this place rocks. These people know their stuff and it is always a good place to learn about the new foods and breeds that have hit the market. Just picked up the grandkids goldfish after a disaster and found the whole experience really as good as it has always been

Been a while since I visited this place but pleasantly surprised to see some new decor. I always enjoy the honey king prawns done in crumbs not batter for $16. This family business serves the community well and the lunch prices of under $8 are really well worth it. I have never had a problem with this place, and the service is efficient and really friendly. Not a 4 star sit down place but good for that one on the run

So nice to get away from the passing rat race and sit amongst the trees. The artworks are beautiful. The ambience condusive to a world far away and the food matches. This is not just a little cafe with some food being pressed out of machine like hands, these are artisans of Italian food that is clean and fresh and a cut above. While my very difficult to please friend ordered a $15 hamburger on a special bun with none of this and that, the waiter calmly led her to the place she was happy with. I adored my pasta fettucini with light cheeses at $18. Just enough and not to much. As I said, for a lovely meeting with a special occassion in mind, then this is a winner

This review is for Saigon Vietnamese TIger Restaurant, Bexley North NSW

Very new, very cabramatta but more sophisticated. Bexley Nth is becoming a little asian hub of good little local restaurants. Tha Vietnamese and a very popular Japanese all knit together. I had a 20% off voucher and had take away but would gladly sit down at night. Watched as people ordered while I waited for my rice rolls of prawn lettuce sour sauce and dumplings just to start my experience with them. Rice was done well with some lemon grass in it which was nice. I will follow up with a better review later but what I had was more than reasonalbe for under $20 to take away. The fragrances were gentle as I left the place and wanted to get some chicken sticks and put them on a fire in the middle of the restaurant as they do in Saigon.

Well if you can get in at peak times you are fortunate but recently returned to some child hood memories when this park was nothing but sand run by the council with lots of tents in school holidays. Holiday Haven the owners are determined to make squillions out of this. I have to vent that I believe the coast of OZ belongs to all not a few and it is really hard to pay the cost of a few nights out of season down this way for a family but in saying this, the white sands and the access to the bay beach just in front of the park is just heaven. The cabins are nothing short of a home on wheels with all the bells and whistles. No hard yakka these days. The atmosphere in the park is still safe and the walks from the park are lovely flat yet scenic. No such thing as caravans now but your caravan will find a clean and safe spot here. I love this place and while it has some trimmings of touristville, it has remained in the main with the village lifestyle to back up the tourists when we come. Special rates but winter was $99 a night if you stayed for 3.

This review is for St George Motor Boat Club, Sans Souci NSW

Went to a wedding function here. We also visited the club facilities upstairs. I was not impressed. The dingy room for 80 plus guests was crowded and yes it is the cost factor which led the bride and groom to this place BUT this club is taking poor advantage of a most wonderful vista in my opinion and could be calling in lots more money by doing justice to the space and rooms it has. Even at the watering hole upstairs there is a definite lack of investment in the atmosphere provided. Tired even though it has some renewal works going on and the menu is less than attractive also. As for hire of a boat to do photography, stunning

I went to have my grass whipper snipper fixed or a replacement part quoted on. I felt this guy had a very good knowledge of things and could grasp my situation but the price of labour seems to have outstripped the value of keeping all but the best of the best. Labour charges pluss part was over $100 and I only paid $160 two years ago. For second hand mowers this guy gives a guarantee on workmanship and I think he would know what will last and what will not but as for fixing things, as per usual the tradie is more interested in doing the job than in the merits of fiscal dealings. Not many of these fellows left around. He can come out at a cost to you
