This guy is clooy insightful great researcher, passionate, makes his business work for the nominal life that does not want to live in a gym. Diet recipies given and good at that says daughter who is a dietician, constant encouragement, variation in format daily, blogs to support, testimonies galore of satisfied customers, mixes it up and tests you to the hilt. If you are real and prepared for some pain without stupidity attached then this guy is worth it. Indoor and outdoor stuff in a great surrounding. 4 days early morning and a good nights sleep will put you in a great place

Have some different lines to big retailers and needed such. The willingness to find me my goods and communiate was excellent as far as service goes. Not a chocolate fan but this place beside a river, out of the hub of mass shops and a park next to it, provides an oasis. It is small enough yet vital enough to give you a special moment with a friend and a little gift to pass on. Well run clean and inviting visually and the chocolates and coffee are worth it all
