Unfortunately this Hotel presented me with terrible and rude service. The room we booked turned out to be the wrong room so I questioned this to the staff and they justsaid that all the hotel is booked so cant do anything about it? I asked for my money to be refunded and I would stay elsewhere. This was not agreed upon even after speaking with the manager? They would not even refund the difference, just blamed the Wot if site and told me to take it up with them? I would have thought for a 5* establishment that they could have been much more polite and have a contingency offer for me. I wont be returning...

For me pancakes are surely not a hard dish to get wrong? Unfortunately the service here is much to be desired. It took 35 mins for the meals to arrive which I queried? The lack of care was evident. I think for the price they are selling flour, milk and eggs they require top notch dishes and impeccable service.

A quality pub/club in Kilsyth/Bayswater Nth...The service is generally faultless, the food in bistro can be pricey but again is mostly of a high standard. The decor in the members bar is great with comfort in mind for thier patrons. The menu in the bistro has little to offer vegetarians. Great place all round.

One of the best Hotels in Melbourne...Classic entrance, great lobby and exceptional service. Rooms are immaculate with great views if on a high floor. The cafe has fantastic meals and again awesome views of the city. Only disappointment was no pool to relax in...But nothing is perfect hey.

A traditional Italian restaurant that is well known to all...The menu has all the favourite Italian dishes. Every meal I have eaten here is always fresh and made with quality ingredients. Great for take away and delivery within a small raduis. Cant miss this place on your journey...

A Hotel with a difference...Awesome to walk around the gardens and admire the beautiful trees immersing yourself with nature. There is a winery within walking distance to relax with a few drinks and some nibblies. The rooms were a little small but still impressive. Only fault were the meals in the restaurant were a little la di dah for me. All up though a great escape.

A great pub to have some pre footy drinks and a tasty lunch! A massive beer garden to enjoy the natural elements while relaxing with friends. All meals are well priced and the menu offers a great mix. Be sure to order your meals early as the place can become packed on the footy weekends. Only a short walk to the infamous MCG!

Dined here on many occassions and never had a bad experience. Same owners and staff for many years who are both polite and efficient. The spicy squid is fantastic (most meals are). Can be a little noisy on Thurs/Fr/Sat nights. Can be expensive...

The Hotel has a classic entrance up the escalators to the bar and restaurant. Both very decadent in its own right. The buffet is one of Melb's best but is quite expensive. I was a little disappointed with the rooms compared to the rest of the hotel. The pool/spa has one of the best views in melbourne. A classic hotel really, just too expensive on most occasions.

An awesome Hotel with all the mod cons available. The pool is the biggest indoor pool I have seen in a Hotel, also equipped with a full gym for all the fitness freaks. I know its a strange thing to recall as the best experience of my stay, but the pillows in the room are the best ever pillows! I even tried to buy one but it was over $200...I wish the rooms were a little less expensive.
