Apart from the fact that I LOVE the products, I found the staff there most helpful in coming up with a gift idea for a friend of mine I normally have difficulties in buying gifts for.

I went in there to show a friend of mine that is pregnant that they have a range of maternity jeans. We pulled a few off the shelf to look at them - maternity jeans differ in terms of how they support your belly - & were asked if we wanted to try anything on. We were not ready to & were abruptly told that if we wished to look at the jeans we could refer to the hanging jeans on the racks. As she was telling us how we could look at the jeans, she pulled the jeans off the shelf they we had put back as they clearly had not been folded to her specifications. We were quite taken aback at her rudeness & her disciplinary tone. And to her point, none of the maternity jeans were displayed on the rack, so we would have had to pull them off the shelf anyway.
I don't mind the clothes & the prices are appropriate for the quality they are, but I won't go back into that store as long as that particular sales assistant works there.

I just had the BEST massage ever there & wanted to tell you all about it. I feel completely refreshed & tension free. They went over & above with their service & the best part was leaving with a smile & the 'I can't wait to get back there soon for another one' feeling.

The staff is friendly & accommodating. The salon is always clean which is impressive. The best part of my wax is watching old episodes of the OC, Will & Grace & even Ben Hills 90210. I love going there & won't ever go anywhere else.... ever!

I wanted a $35 wash, got up sold to a $49.95 wash which included vacuum, polish & tyre cleaning.
The seats were not vacuumed as there were still crumbs on them. The baby's car seat wasn't touched & that's the crumbiest culprit. The floors were not vacuumed properly in the back & the middle console that was empty still has crumbs in it. The wash was ok, but the tyres were done shabbily & were looking untouched by the next day. The outside wash was fine, but the no vacuum scenario really annoyed me as that's what I see when I'm in the car!
I paid premium & expected a premium clean.
I would definitely use Clearwater Carwash in the future as Rub A Rub was not so much!
