We recently had our garage door serviced by Everlift due to the recommendations on Word of Mouth and we couldn't be happier.

Rob was very professional and friendly and he answered any questions we asked and explained about specific areas to check and maintain a good garage door.

He gave us a report on the condition of the door and motor etc and also recommended Inox lubricant for the door which can be bought at Bunnings to allow us to keep the door and springs lubricated.

We would highly recommend this company based on the overall experience we had and it is only the 1st time we have used Everlift Garage Doors but it won't be the last.

We recently had our Solar Hot Water system serviced by SSP due to the recommendations on Word of Mouth and we couldn't be happier.

Anthony and Billy arrived early, were very professional and friendly and they answered any questions we asked and gave us a full understanding of how our system works.

They also looked at a kitchen mixer tap that was causing us some problems and gave us advice on how to fix the problem.

There is a valve on the hot water tank which is usually replaced every 5 years but even though our valve is 7 years old, there was never any sales pressure or suggestion of "it must be replaced now".
The guys checked it and noted that it is currently okay but may need replacing in the near future.

We would highly recommend this company based on the overall experience we had and it is only the 1st time we have used SSP but it won't be the last.

We had iiNet NBN fibre in our previous home for just over 1 year and everything was good but since we notified them that we were moving house to an ADSL2+ service, everything has been disastrous!

Their handling of the move has been atrocious with tasks not being completed correctly, using wrong telephone numbers and email addresses and never calling back when they say they will.
They also have a bad habit of updating their online tasks with what is simply false information.

Everything they have done has been wrong and we eventually had to raise 2 complaints with the Telecomms Ombudsman to get anything done as they just don't care!

The ADSL modem they sent had the wrong splitter with it so we were told that they would send a new modem with the correct splitter.
Now they have sent a fibre modem without a splitter and credited us with the cost of buying a splitter from JBHiFi.

We have been slowly getting results and only once we buy the splitter will we be able to connect home phone and broadband modem together yet we were supposed to be "live" on 26th June.

One of their customer complaints "senior" people is dealing with the TIO complaints and even he said that there was an increasing number of problems within the company and the number of customer complaints due to this is rising rapidly...not good!

His customer service has also been lacking so don't expect any phone calls even though their staff promise they will call you and expect them to guess what your problem is without contacting you at all, then closing your query on their system!

If you want good customer service from your ISP then avoid iiNet!!

They have now closed one of the TIO complaints even though there are 2 out of 3 issues that they haven't even looked at yet so I have had to update the TIO!!

They really don't care about customers so you have been warned!!

Still working with the Ombudsman but not all issues resolved yet but they are now looking into the 2 issues which were ignored initially.

We have been dealing with one of their Dispute Resolution team since 5th July and his efforts to get all issues resolved are just as bad as the other employees they have.

It is funny how iiNet employees have selective hearing...they conveniently ignore anything they don't like and only remember what they want, even though they are notified in writing several times about issues!
The level of incompetence in the organisation is amazing and I'm sure if they don't vastly improve, they will lose a lot of customers!

I decided to get 3 quotes for a repair to my car and chose Simon due to the reviews on WOMO and I was not disappointed.

He was the only person who took the time to explain the options to repair my car, he was friendly and forthcoming with information about the repair, including the details of the work that would be carried out.

He quoted me a price and included a free application of paint protection as I had chosen an upgraded clearcoat.

The work was finished on time and the quality of the repair is excellent and when I collected the car it looked really good and Simon had also repaired 2 stone chips without charge!

I would recommend Simon due to the quality and customer service that is put into his work and he is someone you can trust will give you all the information you need when deciding who will repair your car.

Our garage door opener stopped working on Saturday and we asked Chris to quote for a new garage door and opener as we had been told previously by a "technician" that our door spring could break at anytime and the door wouldn't open at all.

Chris came early on Monday, as requested, and after looking at the door told us that he could re-tension the door spring as there was nothing wrong, fit the new opener and it would all work well...he even offered to fit the new opener there and then.

The new opener is so quiet and the door runs smoother than ever and we saved the cost of a new garage door, all thanks to Chris.

He is an honest, hardworking and trustworthy man and we will call on him for any issues relating to our garage door.

We highly recommend him to everyone.

I have just had my car serviced at Volkservice in Braeside and I can highly recommend it.

As you can see on the website, he has 13+ Years experience with Volkswagen & Skoda as a factory trained technician/mechanic and worked at Burwin VW for many yerars.
He uses genuine VW & Skoda parts generally and also has quality OEM aftermarket options available.

His invoices are detailed with genuine VW part numbers where appropriate and he also includes a VW style worksheet and the service book is completed, everything you should expect from a VW dealership...except the price!

There are a lot of VW "specialists" out there, but this guy certainly is a specialist and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

So feel free to contact Andrew and tell him you saw the recommendation from me on this website so that he can identify where new business is coming from.

I contacted them for prices on 4 new tyres for our car in March.

Gerry was very helpful, providing all the information I needed..... prices, brands, availability etc.

When the tyres were fitted, the alloy wheels had been thoroughly cleaned and everything was carried out well within the time estimate given to us and they called us to let us know that the job was finished.

The staff we dealt with were all very pleasant and helpful and
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been taking our VWs (Golfs and Polos) to Burwin for servicing since 2008 because there is no other VW dealer in Melbourne Metro who gives the customer service and quality of work that Burwin do.

I had an issue with a Golf and initially took it to 2 VW dealers who were closer to my home.
They both spent several days trying to identify the problem and all they would say was "It's a feature of the car".

I then took it to Burwin and they not only identified the problem but also fixed it within 2 days...so much for it being a "feature".

I would recommend Burwin to everyone due to their professionalism, customer service and quality of work.

I initially contacted John about a Bluefin for my car as he was closer to home than the previous person I bought one from, but that was just the beginning!
John was extremely helpful, providing all the information, pricing etc that you need.

Rather than buy the Bluefin online, I went to Tigersoft to meet John and while I was there he advised me about the paint protection on my car, which was not applied by John.
Thanks to John's advice, I have had the paint protection re-applied by the dealer and it now does what it should do, so many thanks to John.

I have also had advice and demonstrations on detailing my car and based on that information I have bought some Final Inspection products.
John's knowledge about detailing, tuning and all things automotive is amazing and inspires confidence that you are dealing with a true professional.

He always makes time for your questions, advice on services and products and always puts the customer 1st.

I haven't dealt with anyone in the automotive industry who has this level of customer service and I would recommend him to everyone.
