After I ordered and paid for express postage they sent me an email saying it was a pre-order. I went and check the site and it says it is not marked as pre-order. Never responded to emails asking when product would arrive. Finally get an email saying would I like to a refund which I accepted. 5 days later they send the product which I no longer need. 5 emails later- still no response. To make it worse their product was a complete rip off as I ended up getting double the product somewhere else for the price I payed at Vital Pharmacy
