This Dairy Bell is not really suited to the area, sadly. The area has a lot of quality restaurants, and with that, people are after more gourmet-style ice cream.
Dairy Bell, however, is your classic variety of ice cream, and hits that market perfectly. As a Dairy Bell fan for the best part of three decades, I'm happy, but can note why others may not be.
This location for Dairy Bell is a gem, but be warned, blink and you'll miss it! It's located in a small shopping strip, just off the main drag.
The ice cream is classic Dairy Bell, as is the ambience and decor. Worth a drop-in if you're in the area!
Dairy Bell Ice Cream has been a family favourite for years, especially the Doncaster store which has been close to our family home for more than a decade! We keep going back for the friendly service, great ice cream, and great value!
Dairy Bell Mitcham is a fantastic store that lives up to the Dairy Bell reputation! All the classics are available here, with excellent value, service with a smile, and satisfying ice cream!

Grill'd have come to Burwood One, and it's good news for all concerned! Went here with a mate for lunch yesterday, and had a very yummy beef burger and a side of chips, and didn't need much dinner in the evening! Their burgers, albeit a little pricey, are top-notch, and don't feel fatty like other places.

The Groove Train has a great atmosphere, and is very funky. The prices are a little higher than the average for what you get, but the standard of food is generally good. The service is sometimes good, sometimes average (but, never great nor awful). Reliable and consistent are words to describe such a venue.

Quality, quantity, value, good service! These are all words that come to mind when you go to GalanGal! The food is really yummy, and it doesn't break the bank either. The family-run operation is also very friendly, meaning you feel welcome. They also have a take away option.
Krispy Kreme is one of those places that you have to try when they came to town... but after a while, you realise that they sell overly sweet doughnuts, and charge far too much for them. The multi-packs are priced a bit better.
The biggest disappointment is that a convenience store now has a contract with them, meaning that said convenience store's better doughnuts are no long available. :-(

The SkyDeck provides great views over Melbourne, the metro area, and Port Phillip Bay! The staff are friendly, and when we went, it wasn't too crowded, meaning we were able to take our time getting some ripper photos!

On my never-ending quest to find the best Soft-Serving method in a McDonalds restaurant, I stopped here last Friday night after the football. The young man who served me, eventually, made sure there was plenty in the cone, and plenty up top, too. Highly recommended.
