I enjoy going to the Pancake Parlour, but usually always with a voucher for 2-for-1 Short Stacks. The menu is generally overpriced, which is sad, as the pancakes are 'Lovely'. Depending on who you get, the service can be either great, or poor. Some of the girls recognise you after repeated visits, and this is always nice. To me, pancakes are a dessert food, and this is what is done well here.

I went here once for lunch on a Sunday, and had an $18 Lunch Deal, which included soup, main, and dessert. We assumed (wrongly) that the portions would be smaller as it was part of a deal, but they were huge and great quality. It's got a very homely interior, so the funky-set won't go in there, but if you want a good feed in a relaxed atmosphere, then this is the place.

Two words: Steve's Favourite! If you enjoy hot food, like I do, then this is the dish to choose. All the other dishes we've had have been lovely and fresh, and the service is friendly. The tables at the front get a little chilly in winter. For good, economical, Indian food, this is the place to go to.

This is definitely a 'family-oriented' bistro, with little tackers running around everywhere, so the ambience is non-existent. The food is OK, a bit pricey for what it is, and the service is pretty standard... however, they do accommodate special requests almost always.

I have to agree with most other reviewers... the decor and furnishings are old and tired, very much cliched for a Mexican restaurant. We only go on a Monday or Tuesday for half-price food, as that makes the value OK, but we never go for full price. The Death By Chocolate is a standout, and that gets 5/5!

Took the Mrs there for an anniversary dinner, and was not disappointed. The service was really good, and the food was excellent. I found the dessert portions a little small, but the banquet main we shared was lovely (although a little pricey). We'll definitely go back there, for a special occasion.

I always enjoy going here. The food is nice for the price, and the service is always quick, and the staff are generally quite friendly. The servings are massive, so the Mrs takes half home for lunch the following day. The Nudle Trio (Entree, Main, and Drink) for $15.90 is great value. I've always found the food to be fairly fresh and always tasty.

The food here is good quality pub food, but a touch over the odds, price-wise, for pubs in the area. The multiple areas mean you can usually find somewhere to sit and eat, even when it's busy, as they'll bring your food to wherever you are. The Pie of the Day is always nice. Sometimes the amount of chips they give you is quite random (either heaps, or very few). Great for a footy pre-match!
