Unfortunately, this establishment is occupied by a rude and obnoxious male owner/chef who does not hesitate to raise his voice at customers, even when the customer is just trying to put in a food order. Given the multitude of good restaurants in Glen Waverley, this cafe does not justify a repeat visit.

I made an appointment with Spa Samsara by phone after buying a package through living social. I got a call 3 weeks before the planned appointment to inform me that the Spa had decided NOT to honour my appointment and would not reschedule me despite the fact that I had already paid. There was no apology - simply an excuse that they did not have the resources to honour the appointment. Frankly, resourcing is their issue and if they can't provide a service that they advertised or lent their name to then perhaps they should close down their business. There are too many spas in Melbourne to waste time with such an unprofessional business.
