I started going to Hair a Targe a year ago and go once every 6 weeks. They do great colour and cuts - always actually do what I ask for. They are fairly easy to get an appointment with and friendly. Very impressed with colour and cut. For full foils, colour and cut I pay around $150-$180 so not cheap but good.

We loved our night at the Langham. It is pricey but wonderful for a special event. We stayed overnight and went out for a movie and dinner at Crown and Southbank nearby. The entrance is beautiful and feels very special. We didn't take bathers but should have as the spa overlooks the river and would be magnificent at sunset. We paid extra for a river view which was worth it. The Langham is pricey but the price is reflected in the quality of the room fittings and the service and cleanliness.

We got a special deal with Balloon Sunrise - cost $550 for two of us for a hot air balloon flight over the Melbourne CBD followed by breakfast. It was a fantastic experience . It was really well organised with lovely crew - not at all scary. The flight itself was truly awe inspiring and the breakfast at the Langham worth the money. We made an event of it staying at the Langham the night before so we didn't have to get up too early. A wonderful experience.

We went to Natalia's Bistro for Mother's Day 2011. There was a set menu of $35 for adults and $15 for children. Entree was garlic and herb pizza platters and antipasto which children and adults loved. The main selection was a choice between barramundi, mango chicken and veal scallopini. All three dishese were fantastic - the veal a particular hit. The children got a choice of their choice of pizza or schnitzel and chips. The pizzas were huge and the kiddies were already full from entree' so the staff happily boxed the pizzas up for us to take home. The dessert for aduls was a choice of tiramisu, lemon and line tart or mud cake. The children has a choice of chocoloate mousse or gelato. The tart was a hit as was the mousse wich has chunks of chocolate thoughout. Coffee was also good. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming - good for families. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

I have had take away from here a few times and it is really nice. We have ordered Rogan josh, Lamb Korma, Chicken Makhani, Biryani and the naan which were all better than we had eaten at other venues. Delicious, good quality food. Haven't eaten in yet.
