After selecting a fridge to purchase, we were quickly whisked away by Ricky Morris to finalise the invoice. After declining the extended warranty and confirming that we could have it delivered the following afteroon, we were taken to the register to pay. It was only after we had paid that we received any kind of paperwork, and the receipt showed that we had been charged for a $50 delivery fee, which was NOT mentioned at all. They refused to negitiate it, and so we decided to pick the fridge up ourselves. The $50 was refunded, but with no explaination or apology.

No frills, straight to the point, great food. Very cheap, and very quick. Great selection of food too.

I ordered a mobile phone through these guys in May 2002. I've called them around 5 times, emailed both the store and head office, and sent snail mail to the head office, and still haven't recieved a reply.
Extremely slack and lazy real estate agents. Took us over 5 weeks to receive the bond claim form after moving out, and that was only after we proved we left the house in better condition than when we moved in, with over 300 photographs.
We non interested in helping us find a new house either - only interested in money.
Great track, great karts - lots of fun with a big group. Everyone receives a personalised score card at the end of the day too.
Price's aren't as cheap as MSY, but the service is fantasic. No issues with refunds and returns where require. Website is very easy to nagivate and order online.
Great food. Take away service is extremely quick. Dine in service is rushed, more like a cafe, with staff not all the interested in keeping you happy.

Licensing cafe, with heaps of seating room. Service is quite unfriendly, but their freshly cooked burgers are awesome. Souvlakis are quite good too. They also have pizza slices available individually - great for when you need a quite bite to eat.
Got the car I wanted, at a price slightly higher than anticipated. Dealer not completely upfront about the car. Lack of communication between dealers.
So you expect delivery drivers to work for nothing and just out of the goodness of their won heart! be serious lady!!!
I don't expect anyone to work for free, but I also don't expect to be hit with hidden charges. We talked about price, and then talked about delivery times, which is why it was then a shock to see an extra $50 had been added to the invoice. The salesman would not even return to the register to talk to us about it, as he would only speak to the register operator over the phone.
If they had of mentioned the $50 fee up front we would have either accepted it or used it to negiotiate - the point is we were not given a chance to do either.
And what makes you think I'm a lady???
