I placed an online order at approximately 9.45pm to pickup from the Nundah Store (as i live only 1 minute walk from this store and ALWAYS order pick-up). When i attended the store at 10:00pm i asked the attendant to check on my order, which they advised no order had been placed for my name or telephone number, and was asked to re-order. At 10.15pm my order was received and i went back home to find that another pizza order had been incorrectly delivered to my address. After spending over half an hour on the phone attempting to sort this out, Monash from the Nundah store agreed that when i attended the store i should have been told the order was being delivered, and as it was an error, refunded the online order.
Over a week later the refund had not shown, so i was charged $60 basically for 1 pizza!! At this stage i contacted their customer service phone line who said that i had to send through ma copy of my bank statement to prove it was not refunded. As i had spent almost an hour on my personal mobile phone calling the store and customer service attempting to sort this out, i requested a refund of the total of both order of $60.50.
And guess what, they just decided to ignore my request. i will NEVER go back to this store and hope that you have all be warned about their poor customer service.

WOW, this site has always been great, i was able to book the day i wanted to stay, got it at a great price, heard back from the company straight away, excellent communication, we will use this again.

I have stayed here numerous times with friends, i was dissapointed in the room quality, its more of a business style hotel than something for the family, great access to brisbane though as its quite central.

Found this one in Southport when on holiday, great range in the store, and the service is not too bad, the prices are reasonable but what you would expect on the gold coast

Kmart Caboolture has always been a great store to shop at, i dont know if its because its in the burbs, but the staff are always very polite and very helpful above and beyond. They have helped me to find toys and will hold them for me until i can make it out there to buy them. love it.

I am of the same mind about Myer Brisbane, I have worked in the city since 1999 so deal with Myer at least once a week, I have found the staff to be very rude, and not customer focused at all, they actually followed one of my friends around the perfume department as she looked suspicious, then asked her to leave.

JB hi-fi online has been reasonable good, i ordered the carnivale DVD sets 1 and 2 for my dad, and was not happy when they shipped out one series without the second series. Then i was told that the second series was out of stock? I was happy with other dealing buying signed cd's and such, good delivery, communication could be improved though

WOW i couldnt live without this site, you can sign up and create a profile for the properties you are looking for, and you can be emailed daily or weekly with the search results, i have found my last two rentals on here and got them on first application.

this one is a little bit hidden away now that the entry on through to mary street has been blocked off, but its a great thai take away with cheap lunch options, plus they can do catering and wlil delivery to workplaces in the brisbane cbd.
