I've maintained a Naked DSL plan with iiNet for over 2 years now. They have THE BEST customer service team without fail. And for someone to say this in the telco industry is not a common thing at all!

OK, let's be honest, I challenge you to find a telco that people don't whinge about. I've dealt with Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and 3 for mobiles and too many ISP's to name.
Out of the Big 3-4 Optus provide without doubt the best customer service in fixed and mobile products (as long as you are post paid (with your mobile) or on their cable network (for home phone and internet)).
They are neither cheap (like 3/Voda) or provide extensive coverage or speed (like Telstra), but do provide excellent service.
That is why I've been through numerous providers too and fro, I've always kept by Optus services active.

I've never been to a place of business where the level of service varies so much.
One dime you can go in there to buy a $1000 TV and get a guy who is suffering from PMT and the next day you can go in to pick up a CD and get helped by the most friendly and knowledgeable member of the public!
I keep going back because their reliable and reasonably priced.
Make sure you bargain, the marked price is never the price they sell for!

They brought burgers back! Fresh, tasty and "cool".
They try to stay "hip" by hiring 15 year olds to man the counter (and make surprisingly tasty burgers), but I don't think that service is their forte.
Price is a bit steep if you compare it to good 'ol Macca's, but their burgers do fill you up so can be justified.

Approximate cost: $13

I don't give this rate lightly. They are horrible. Just plain pathetic.
Half cooked meals and calling their service poor would be an understatement.
The restaurant is nice and has so much potential if they wanted to do things right and justify their prices.

Approximate cost: $30

I've been a member of RewardsCentral since back in the day when it was emailcash (and that's before the late night tv adds!).
As corny as it sounds, I use them as one of my startup tabs on my browser at home so I login everyday to do their surveys (although they've moved those to MyOppinons now) and web clicks.
Money for nothing really!

The best cakes in Melbourne - no questions asked.
I've been to most of their shops and their factory and can say that their front of house sometimes lets them down, but behind the scenes they only use A1 ingredients and hire the best chefs / bakers.
You pay for it, but it's worth it...

Nice little place to have a bite to eat with friends who like baked potato's.
There are a few of them across Melbourne and they are fresh and made right in front of you with your choice of ingredients.

Approximate cost: $10

This review is for Mocha Jo's, Glen Waverley VIC

Yeah, not bad at all. Mocha Jo's defiantly leads the way in the Glen Waverley area as a cafe to have a catchup with friends or a bite to eat. The service is friendly without being over attentive and the price compares to Airstream, but the food is much better.

Nothing special, the only thing it has going for it is the location.
OK for a night out with friends, and the food isn't too bad.
It's not particularly cheap, but that is to be expected given it's location and proximity to the movies, hotel, etc.
