1) One thing that impressed me the most:
Actually three things:

- Communication, keeping me fully informed throughout the process.
- Ability to deal positively with changes to the work, both in terms of being able to accommodate my requirements and provide good advice, costings and options.
- Quality of the workmanship including that of your subcontractors.

2) One thing that they could have done better:

Can't think of one.

“Joe delivered a great job on my renovation. He kept me fully informed about progress, provided good advice and was really accommodating when it came to changes to the scope as the job progressed providing me with costed options at each stage. He was also really considerate to the neighbours ensuring that they were aware of what was happening. The quality of Joe's workmanship was outstanding and all of the sub-contractors that he used were also excellent. At the end of three months the job was delivered on time and he kept me fully informed of the changes to the cost as the scope was modified during the build so that there were no surprises. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly use him again and have no hesitation in recommending Joe to others”
