Recently had lunch here with a friend. Had a chicken and avocado with cheese, lettuce and mayo on Turkish bread and really enjoyed it.

Although it was lunchtime the service was quick but we were not made to feel that we had to hurry.

Very extensive menu. Not sure if I want to go for breakfast next time (served until 4.00pm) or dinner but definitely want to try a few more things on the menu.

This is a great place to visit if you love chocolate. The cafe is set in a lovely bush setting and the hot chocolate is better than you will get in most places.

Twice a day they do chocolate demonstrations in the attached chocolate shop which is interesting. All chocolate is fair trade and the staff are very friendly and know lots about chocolate!

Some other chocolate shops give a free sample with each hot drink which I think the Chocolate Mill should consider doing as well.

Overall a great experience

Visited cafe after a walk around Williamstown on a rainy day. Had a hot chocolate which was ok but not great. Was reasonably priced. Friends had coffees and they thought they were really good. Service was friendly.

Dropped in during the week with my bike riding group and staff very friendly. We did some wine tasting and stayed for coffees. Next time will stay for lunch as great setting both inside and on the deck overlooking the vineyard

went for a bike ride along the Lilydale to Warburton rail trail. The Carriage Cafe is near the old Seville station right on the rail trail. Service is always friendly with a good range of light meals and snacks. Their Devonshire tea is great value that comes with a hot drink for less than $9.00

Recently had my carpets steam cleaned by Fabdry. They turned up on time and cleaned my carpets to a very high standard and recommended when they would next need cleaned. They got some stubborn stains out and put all the furniture back to where it be belonged.

The price was also competitive. I would use them again.

Recently had a claims issue with YOUI. It was so badly handled that I decided to change insurance for all my insurance needs (despite YOUI trying to convince me otherwise with a substantial discount). Despite calling up and emailing YOUI that I was canceling a policy and receiving confirmation from them that it was cancelled they still took the money out of my bank account without permission.

It took another few weeks and several emails from me before the money was returned.

It is disappointing as the service from YOUI is very good when you are taking out a new policy with them

We recently had some concreting work done at our apartment block - driveways on both sides of the building. We were very happy with the service provided by Frank. He provided recommendations about the best way to tackle the job, turned up on time, completed the job with the minimum of fuss and cleaned up afterwards. In addition, the quote he provided was substantially lower than others we had received.
