Being vegetarian I don't go to Japanese restaurants very often but this one has a great vegetarian bento box. It is very filling and good value fir money. The ingredients are always fresh. The restaurant is quite large and you can
usually get a seat quite easily.

Decor is ok but more the style of a cafe rather than a restaurant.

if you like quirky cafes then this cafe is a good choice. Their street style South American food is fabulous. I had the spinach and cheese empanadas and they were delicious. They also have a Colombian hot chocolates which you have the option of adding cheese too - quite surprisingly it tastes good.

The decor is great and suits the style of the cafe.

Poynton's have a lovely cafe in their garden centre. You meander through the garden centre to get to the cafe that has a lovely view of the river.

I was with my bike riding group and we were made to feel very welcome. We had a selection of scones, muffins and cake and all were fresh and delicious.

Will definitely be returning on my next visit to this area.

This is a great cafe in a section of Blackburn that has a lot of cafe options.

They have a good selection of cakes and a great coffee and muffin special for $5.90.

I was with a group of about 10 people and the service was very quick. Had the hot chocolate and it was really good.

I also liked the style of the decor. Overall would recommend

Unpretentious cafe near Reservoir station. Was good place to stop as it was close to the bike track that I was one.

Old fashioned offerings but coffee and muffin special was only $5.

Coffees were good. In fact told by another customer that they had the best coffee in Reservoir.

I am working my way through a list of cafes which specialize in hot chocolates. East Elevation shares premises with Monsieur Truffe who make the delicious chocolate for the hot chocolates for the cafe.

The cafe has won best hot chocolate in Melbourne 2 years running and I am not surprised. Although I did not try any food I did check the menu out and it was quite extensive so will be back next time for food as well.

If you have not been to the cafe before it can e a bit tricky to find - but just look for the little red door which opens up to what appears to be a converted warehouse.

Would definitely recommend a visit

Stopped here on a bike ride with a group of friends. Have to say there are definitely better cafes along the bike trail. Hot chocolate was quite good but not as impressed with the muffin which was meant to be passionfruit and white chocolate - but seemed to be full of walnuts and nothing else.

Although it was only 11.00am they seemed to be more focused on serving lunches. No menu of cakes and pastries (nor did and they seem to be on display)and told we only had a choice between croissants and muffins.

recently rode the Bellarine rail trail from Geelong to Drysdale and back and there were no cafes close to the trail. As such we decided to ride back to Geelong train station and hope there was a kiosk there for coffee etc.

Fortunately the station has Spontaneous cafe. had hot chocolate and was quite good. Others had coffee and that was good as well. Although not a huge selection of food there was a selection of healthier options (including sandwichesw) which is better than many train station cafes.

cheap and cheerful cafe in the Centro Box Hill shopping centre (the one that is above the Box Hill shopping centre.

I go to the shopping centre as there are lots of Chinese grocery stores where you can get not so easy to find ingredients.

When I do I usually stop off at this cafe - usually for a hot drink and cake/pastry. I find it very reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly.

If you like traditional bakeries -especially a Greek bakery this is the place to go.

There is an enormous selection of cakes to choose from. They also have the usual selection of coffees - including Greek coffee.

The prices were also very reasonable. I doubt there are many places with hot chocolates for only $3.

I was with a large group and the service was friendly and fast.
