I started off trying to organise everything myself for my travel with my son but it became too complicated. I then went to a travel agent in a large shopping complex but they didn't get back to me and when I tried to organise a time to come in and see them they were always busy. I was starting to get worried as time was getting on, so when they company told me they were moving I decided to try somewhere else.
I dropped in at Emerald Lake Travel as it was close to home and it was a breath of fresh air. Mary was incredibly attentive, patient, helpful, caring, friendly, experienced, understanding, proactive, honest and affordable. She kept in constant communication with me regarding how plans were going and gave me answers to questions I hadn't even thought to ask. She made it clear that their service didn't stop when we departed and that we could contact her when away if we needed anything. There was also follow up contact on our return. I would thoroughly recommend Emerald Lake Travel and would have no hesitation in going back again (hopefully next year)
