I ordered with Misa at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. The customer service representative I spoke to was lovely and very helpful.
I received my order on Thursday morning! It was beautifully wrapped and a handwritten note was enclosed.
I emailed after receiving my order to ask about another product and they responded promptly and offered to order in a product that wasn't available in Australia.
Shipping is also free for orders over $100.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
I had dinner here as part of a birthday party here. The service was mostly excellent (with the exception of one waitress who casually tossed drinks onto the table giving the wrong drinks to everyone). The maitre d' look great care of our party, catering extremely well for those with a food intolerance. Entree and mains were good but the desserts were spectacular.

This cafe is a very busy cafe, popular with locals. It's often hard to get a table for brunch on the weekend so be prepared to hang out and wait for a little while. The pancakes with berry compote are a delicious sweet treat and the potato rosti is to die for. They also have a dinner menu (and accept bookings) but I have not been there for dinner yet.

This is the most amazing pizza- the only pizza place in Sydney with accreditation from the famous Napoletana Pizza Association. The dough is traditional napoletana style, a thin but doughy base. The basic margherita pizza is highly recommended as is the tiramisu for dessert.

This is a small family run Italian restaurant that I frequently go to. The food is always fresh, well prepared and beautifully balanced. The spinach and ricotta cannelloni is delicately delicious. They have lots of vegetarian options, good specials and the service is always excellent. The portion sizes are also very generous.
Approximate cost: $15-20
I've been having laser hair removal at Laser Clinics Australia for several months now and am almost finished with my treatments. They use Candela medical grade lasers which are the safest and most effective lasers used in Australia. The staff are all highly trained and very efficient. The treatments are much quicker than waxing and less painful and really do reduce hair growth.
This pharmacy is open until quite late at night, 7 days per week. Their staff are very friendly and offer helpful advice on medications. They have a good stock of all medications and also hire out equipment such as nebulisers and crutches.
The cupcakes here are nice- not as lush as other places I have tried but it is the only place that makes good red velvet cupcakes. The coffee is quite good. The staff are a bit sullen and tend to ignore you once you have ordered and paid at the counter.
Approximate cost: $3.50
The cupcakes here are lush. Amazing flavours, moist cake and delicious frosting. They have a gluten free cupcake every day also for those with gluten or wheat intolerance. This cafe is also licensed and it feels very decadent to have champagne with your cupcake.

These groomers are great! Quite a new business in the Penrith area, the staff are lovely and obviously care for animals. After my first visit they sent me a card in the mail thanking me for using their business. The prices are excellent and they are very good at getting the tangles out of my dog's long hair without needing to cut it off.
