I was looking for a particular product, it was available on many websites with no price variation. I was enticed to purchase from Ry.com.au because they offered a range of free gifts for purchases over a particular amount.
Anyway it was taking a while for my order to dispatch, I contacted them once & they said the delay was due to them trying to find a courier to deliver - it sounded odd but I accepted it.
A few days later they emailed saying that all the free items were "out of stock." They would only be sending the items I had paid for.
I contacted their live chat & asked why something that they supposedly couldn't send me for free (because it was out of stock), was currently still available for purchase on their website - the response "Our website hasn't been updated."

This is an absolute scam - they entice people to purchase from them by offering free gifts with purchase, then they simple don't send them claiming that the items are out of stock. They are misleading people into purchasing from them & I think the ACCC needs to be made aware of their unethical behaviour.

Approximate cost: $135

Wow, where to begin. We are so very happy to have found Divine Creatures. We have 2 cats, a 16 year old diabetic and an 8 year old cheeky exotic. We had previously boarded our cats at another establishment that likes to call itself 5 star, but their treatment of our cats was anything but. They displayed cold indifference to Maurice, our exotic boy and contempt towards Fudge, our 16 year old diabetic. It got to the point where they told us they no longer wanted our cats to board with them, as our diabetic cat caused them too much stress.

Which brings us to the wonderful Divine Creatures. Jules, Bree, Kate and all the staff at Divine Creatures went above and beyond to make our two babies feel loved and cared for. We were sent videos and photos of our cats relaxing in their "penthouse."
Our older girl arrived at Divine Creatures not long after having 4 teeth extracted, which made it quite difficult for her to eat. Jules and the team went as far as hand feeding her, to ensure that she ate well and was able to receive her twice daily insulin injections.
We are so impressed with the level of care and consideration our cats received - these are people who are so genuine, it is so obvious how much they care for the cats that have the privilege of staying with them.

Our cats are back home now, relaxed and straight back into their old routine. This is an indication of just how comfortable and secure they felt at Divine Creatures.

We cannot thank you guys enough for all that you did to look after Maurice and Fudge.

Don' t know what has changed, maybe staff that were patient and cared for our cat have left, but certainly the last two stays for our older cat have not been great.
We trusted them again after they gave our cat too high a dose of insulin (insulin should be adjusted if a cat isn't eating well, and the "cat whisperers" at Cat Utopia know this) and she had to be rushed to their vet as a medical emergency. It is miraculous that she survived as their vet is a good 20 minute drive away, so very tricky in an emergency situation.
We have now been told our cats are no longer welcome. Apparently our 17 year old, diabetic cat causes the nannies no end of stress.
Really, you shouldn't talk yourself up and make statements about your "profound knowledge in the feline world and that you can help even the most difficult of cases.” - when you really can't.

We are appalled at the way they have behaved.
