I had Daniel attend from Efficient Pure Plumbing today to look at an issue I was having with my Ducted heating furnace under the house. Firstly he arrived on time as previously advised. Secondly we discussed the issue and symptoms of the issue I was having. He then proceeded to investigate the actual problem. The diagnosis was what we had discussed and the issue was easily resolved. Daniel was attentive and informative along the whole process from start to finish. His attention to detail was excellent and his customer service was second to none. I could not be happier with the service Daniel provided. It exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend Daniel from Efficient Pure Plumbing to anyone. Hopefully the fault finding mission has been resolved and at the time of writing this review everything is still working. The unit to be fair is very old so next time something happens I think it will be time for a replacement which Daniel & I also discussed if that arises. He went through a lot of the basic information for the moment with some good sound advice. Thanks Again!

We asked to have a old style thermometer changed over which was organised and then whilst on site had then look and installation of another heating register in the floor in the laundry. All done without fuss and Michael always communicated to let us know what & when. All the work completed as expected.
