Great sushi, very fresh and a wide variety to choose from. Some of the deep fried items are not to my liking but the nigiri and maki are all delicious. This store has a more modern feel to it and is very clean. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

I am using these guys to book my trip to Europe and am very happy with their service. They listened to what I specifically wanted and gave me options that suited my needs. They specialise in France but can also assist you with other parts of Europe. Their experienced staff have taken all the guess work out of planning my itinerary.

This used to be my favourite Chinese restaurant, and some of my friends would travel from the other side of town just to eat there. But i think they had a chance of owners as my last visit was very disappointing. The menu has not changed and provides a wonderful array of great tasting dishes. But sadly the usual high quality of the meals was replaced with an overpowering taste of dirty oil. The service is good and the price is reasonable. Hopefully this was just a one off bad night, but I doubt I will be returning to find out.

We usually go to their other restaurant in Cleveland, but recently decided to try this one out. We were very happy to see the owner there as he always makes an effort to get to know his customers and ensure they enjoy themselves. The menu has a few new dishes on it from the Cleveland restaurant which were a pleasant change. Great food, good size servings, friendly staff and a reasonable price.

We actually had a large group booking and I was very impressed about how helpful they were when we had to change the booking size a number of times.

We have been eating here for a number of years now and have always come away with a full belly and a smile on our faces. The owner is very hands on, although more recently he is concentrating on his Wellington Point restaurant. In his absence the service has been disappointing at times, but the food is always great. You can't go wrong with any of the curries but I would definitely recommend the Punjabi Naan (cheese and spinach). It's gooey, cheesy and oh so yummmmmmmmmmm.

This review is for Yatala Pies, Yatala QLD

I have been going to Yatala Pies ever since I can remember and have always walked away (slowly) full as a goog and totally satisfied. They may just be the traditional style meat pie, but they are full of flavour and you much bigger than some of it's competition.

My favourite is the steak and mushroom with potato and mushy peas. Pile on heaps of tomato sauce and you have yourself a winning combo :)

Do not be surprised by the length of the queue. They get VERY busy due to their popularity but they employ a lot of staff so you don't have to wait too long.

I absolutely love this place. Big servings, VERY tasty burgers and friendly staff. Not cheap as far as burgers go, but the price is reasonable and you get what you pay for here, QUALITY!!

I tried the goats cheese and hummus lamb burger recently and it was A-ef'ing-mazing!!!!!

I have very simple hair needs but these guys still give me that little bit of extra attention. Friendly staff and always available when I need them. The price is very competitive.

This review is for Madtongsan Restaurant, Brisbane QLD

verified email - 14 Jun 2013

You can always tell a great asian restaurant by how popular it is with the expats, and Madtongsan is no exception. The menu is cheap as chips and always delicious. We have tried a few of their dishes but always seem to end up ordering the same things; dol sot bi bim bap (spicy fried rice), soon du bu chigae (spicy seafood soup), kal bi chim (sweet beef stew) and a regular seafood pancake. More than enough food for 3 people to share and all for less than $50. The decor is very basic but the food is probably the best Korean al a carte you will find in Brisbane.

I first tried this place with my mum on mother's day, and was blown away by how great they were. I couldn't believe that such a good restaurant was located so far out in the burbs, and was equally impressed when I returned recently.

This is what I imagine traditional Italian food to be like, fresh ingredients, simple flavours (done well) and not overcrowded by 1000s of ingredients. The prices are reasonable, but the food was so good I wouldn't have cared it if cost more.

We got the antipasto platter which was large enough for 3 people to share, followed by a very large and delicious pizza and a generously sized plate of pasta.

I would recommend ordering a couple of dishes and sharing as the sizes are ample and you really want to experience as much of the menu as you can!!
