I have been going here for years. Adam is lovely -- really listens to what you want. Jackie does my colour. It is always spot on and looks really natural (how I like it). As an added bonus they always run on time.

We had split system involved. It was a bit of a complicated job. They were able to solve the problem and install on the day. Came in on budget and on time. Only reason I have marked them down on service is left greasy hand prints on freshly painted ceiling, which I'm still looking at because its not easy for me to reach the ceiling! I'm used to electricians wiping off the handprints when they're done.

Tried to get these guys out for a quote. Never called us back. Followed up via email. Never responded. Very annoying. Won't be trying again, plenty of other options.

On time, quick, great value and nothing broken (unlike another removalist we used recently). Would definitely use again. Can book online. Quick response time.

Have used a few times. On time, efficient. Be warned though they promote that your goods are fully insured -- you need to point out that something is broken when they are still there at the completion of the move. And it's your word against theirs. Our fridge was damaged but of course we didn't know until that evening -- because you must keep the fridge turned off for at least 30 mins past move and you don't know that it's not cooling properly for a number of hours. Very disappointed that didn't cover cost of the repair as it was only $250.

Had motorised blinds installed. Can't fault the work, but cost much more than expected. The hourly rate quoted is per person and we didn't expect two tradies for this job. I would probably still use them again though. They were on time and reliable.

We got wool carpet from here about 8 years ago. It wore so well and stills looked brand new. When we moved house, we used them again. Still fantastic range and wonderful quality. Great service.

We had roller blinds installed throughout our house. The quality is fantastic. Doug was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer did a flawless job.

Had engineered timber floorboards installed in December 2012. Told that it was hard wearing. Shown lovely gap free example in showroom. Installation was quick and I thought the price was competive. Two weeks after install boards warped -- we were told it was sun damage! Since then other gaps have appeared and some boards are split down the middle. 3 months later -- No apology from MFB and we are still walking on wonky floors.
