Most of my reviews are very good so it is difficult to write this one. Chubb have mucked us around so much and we have been tied into a contract with them for three long years. Our alarm started to continually call back to base so we ended up getting a nearly three hundred dollar bill from Telstra but Chubb would not admit it was because they had not done promised maintenance ( which was prepaid for in the contract). If your alarm battery needs changing they send out a contractor who will charge you another two hundred dollars to change the battery. Consequently we did it ourselves for thirty dollars the following time and they made it very difficult for us by not turning off the alarm. finally a nice staff member helped us, they could have just turned it off but pretended that they could not so we would give in and get their expensive contractor. These stories are only a tiny part of the problems we have had with this company. We have had no other problems with any other company we deal with for anything. Definitely do not get your house alarm with this company.

This is definitely one of the cheapest shops around! If you are having a party come and get all your paper products and plastic plates, cups and cutlery, also great for any storage products or basically anything small and cheap, because it will be cheaper here. Don't bring a stroller, it won't get through the crowded aisles, but a fun shop for treasure hunting with primary age kids.

The service was friendly and efficient and this is in a very convenient spot at the back of Fed Square. It was warm and cosy inside on a winter's day. The food was standard Italian fare with large servings, but I was a little surprised at the prices, more top end. It tasted good but not terribly good value.

The fish was excellent, crispy and beautifully soft inside plus a large serving. The chips were also well cooked, although you could see all the open boxes of frozen chips which wasn't a good look. The service was trying very very hard to please and they were nice. The lady looked a bit stressed and should relax a bit as it might put people off, but overall, loved the food and prices are very reasonable.

I went here for lunch today and sat outside in the sun. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was good and my smoked salmon,salad roll with sesame seeds was fresh and yum, too much for me to eat really and very good value. Couldn't fit in the cute side salad. Highly recommended for a lunch with friends on Chapel St.

This is a gorgeous shop for anyone who enjoys cake decorating. It is beautifully presented and if you went with a cupcake mad little girl, as I did, the decorations and bits and prices are hard to resist. Friendly and knowledgeable service really helps. I didn't realise we had actually stayed beyond their closing time on a Friday night as they were still so nice even when they were supposed to be closed, great service. Definitely go here if you are into cakes and decorating!

This a most convenient shop, as I can drop my dry cleaning as I walk into the Oakleigh shopping centre and then shop. The service is pleasant, if a little slow occasionally and my garments have always been perfectly cleaned and pressed. They can complete things quickly if you need and are always helpful. To me their prices seem a bit more reasonable than other choices in Oakleigh.
