INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE

My friend who in urgent need to get an apartment have been searching apartment across Melbourne, calling every agent advertised in property websites, out of them all Dingle Partners seems to be having the worst customer service, does not seem to regard international student as prospective occupier. My friend asked for enquiry about two different apartments, in different time, and straightaway was asked about his status, International/local, how long has he been staying here and such
(keep in mind, my friend was only asking about inspection time, because to inspect their properties, we are required to make an appointment)

in both times, before they hung up, they told my friend that they will call him, but they never did. So, what they actually do to my friend is giving a false hope, my friend waited for their call and after we did not hear anything from them for like a week, my friend finally decided to moved on to other agents as most properties are lent out already and of course my friend did not want to ended up homeless

other agent were very welcoming and informative, also they are very friendly

i went there with my boyfriend as we have bought voucher online, their food is awesome, we tried mixed grill, saffron rice, roti with chickpeas curry?, and the most awesome : Prawn with mild curry. all their food are nice, we loved them all, but their prawn is so yumm, spices were not overbearing and the prawn was juicy and tender.

Nice ambience and decoration, good for get together with friends

downside : the location, a bit quiet in that area

the place is quite small yet still comfy as a place to have a chit chat with your friends. I always go here whenever i feel craving for good melt-in your-mouth cake. The best thing from this place is their combo that starts at 3 pm, coffee+cake for $7.50 :). i always love having the choc passionfruit or the cake with hazelnut mousse on top :D

very nice food, they are very friendly as well. you pay a good value for the food that you get. Generous serving, and the spicy chicken is to die for :)

the food is GREAT, the BEST takoyaki in Melbourne, awesome kaisen don, good service, but a bit pricey compared to the size of serving
