I had a terrible experience with a babysitter that this agency send to my home. We were going to a wedding, put the kids to bed and had arranged for a babysitter who would be flexible about the time we came back. She rang me after midnight shouting and demanding I come home which I did asap when I realised what a crazy person was minding my children! Then she got really angry when I didn't pay her cash ( usual arrangement with agency was to pay by card next day) and tried to insist I walk to ATM, woke up the kids with all her shouting and I had to threaten to call police to get her to leave. Agency did apologise but also somehow saw her point of view and she is still being send to other homes.
ALso must mention when I said to the babysitter "I am sorry that noone told me you needed cash but you could come back in the morning if you need it that badly" She shouted " Do you think I would be doing this if I didn't need cash badly" Well stupid me I expected a babysitter who didnt actually mind babysitting.

I have used Tripadvisor prior to booking holidays for the past few years and have found it to be an excellent resource. It is so hard to tell what a hotel will really be like as most booking sites will make it sound great and use the most flattering pics . At least this way you can read about other peoples experiences and get a more realistic idea before making a booking.

I had to go overseas suddenly and had to leave my dog in a kennel for first time ever. I was a bit anxious as he can be unfriendly and snappy with strangers .The staff were amazing, got to know him slowly and gained his confidence and there were no issues. They contacted me on a regular basis to let me know how he was getting on which was v. reassuring. He was walked lots, taken to the beach a few times, played lots with other dogs and when I picked him up he looked fit, smelled great after getting an aroma bath and he actually seemed a little sad to leave!

I have been attending this gym for almost a year and love it. I usually go in the morning and I have never had to wait to use anything.It is big, bright and has a nice relaxed atmosphereThe changing rooms are quiet nice, cafe is great and most importantly my child loves the creche which is full of great toys and run by great staff.

The waiter who seemed to be running things was unfriendly and acted as though we were in a beautiful bistro (prices also reflected this) The food was horrible, the decor is drab and dated. Only reason we went there was because there is great indoor playground for kids but not worth it.

No. key fell off my phone, probably could have glued back on but thought would be best to send it for repair,told warranty void as water damage(phone was never wet or in steamy bathroom or in hot car..didnt realise my warranty only covered the phone if it was treated like the crown jewels) phone send back, went missing,found and returned with part missing,3 months later no one at store will tell me what is happening,say they will call back and never do. I signed a contract and I am expected to pay bill despite phone not functioning as they lost a part.
